Warning!! Do not buy from this dealer under any circumstances. They sold us a car that could not be repaired and have refused to allow us to trade it in. They kept clearing codes and trying to get us to take the car home. The car was in their shop over 90+ days and they couldn’t fix it because they refused to install OEM parts. Rob and his staff are dishonest but act very “matter of fact” when confronted, ie gaslighting. We are still paying on a loan for a car that is not drivable Simply put they lie to make a profit. Rob agreed to trade in our vehicle then rescinded because we called the bank to get help. Scott H was our salesman we heard he was fired for pocketing down payments, not processing loans and embezzlement. He delayed processing of ours and we had to hound Ron to share who our loan was through. Scott H is also registered sec offender. So he fit right in with the existing criminal activity. Again, avoid them, there are plenty of honest dealers in Boise they are just not one of them They need to be prosecuted for fraud and shut down

Bought car with cash almost a year ago still fighting with them to get my title. They have lied and lied. Suing them for fraud

Had the truck for two weeks and engine failed. Had to replace engine. Didn't even have it licensed yet. Would not recommend them if I could leave no star I would.

sold me an Audi TT without a horn and a pouring gas leak. Stated they inspected the Car and there was not anything wrong with it . Well the gasket on the fuel pump was missing. So since they had not filled the car with gas you would not see the pouring gas from car until you put gas in it. I am sure they new that, which is why only had 1/8 tank of gas on purchase. That was just one of many things wrong with it cost me $1,400 in repairs. Do not buy from them at any cost.

I went to this dealership to view an Audi 3 2015. Tell me why, I get there and it’s a dirt lot, the car was basically hidden. It was DUSTY, the tires were peeling, the tire pressure light was on, and the car was all scratched up. Most importantly, when they opened the hood and turned on the car, the engine JUMPED. The price gives it off but still, this car was a whole catfish. This dealership is unprofessional.

Great company overall I had a great experience from start to finish, They worked harder than any dealer to make sure I got a low interest rate! They promised me a owner's manual and had it to me in less than 2 weeks.

I would not recommend anyone buy a car here, one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my life. I’m sure they will try to refute this, and twist words around as they seem to do that in other bad reviews, but very frustrated with this place. Purchased a vehicle there, and initially Trenton/Rob and customer service was great. Part of the agreement was they would use their mechanic for a repair after I had my car vetted by Toyota mechanic before buying. It was all downhill after the money changed hands and they took my car to their mechanic. A check engine light, 9 missing bolts, broken sensor and a couple thousand dollars later after having to take the car back to the Toyota dealer to be re-fixed, I cannot be less happy about this process. Once the car was sold, it was like Alic motors didnt care about me or my experience. Tried to be reasonable with the issues their mechanic caused, but they are refusing to refund any money that I paid them for the poor work that was done. They are refusing to believe the problem is real, stating that it "must have already been like that" or "how do we know the Toyota dealership isnt taking you for a ride?". They are now trying to turf the issue to the mechanic who doesnt return calls and has never met me or talked to me before. Alic motors obviously does not care about your experience as a customer. Cannot recommend enough that you look elsewhere for a car, and if you do buy a car through them, have it checked by your own mechanic and do not let them use their mechanic for any part of the deal. They may say they have never had a problem before with their mechanic, but it's not worth the headache (or the extra money you have to pay to get it done right). Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other lot in the valley.

I'll definitely come back here if they have what I'm looking for!
