Excellent Service

I went in for the advertised Ford Works special. I was greeted at my car with a smile and a hand shake. I gave my request and was shown the lounge. While in the service lounge I was offered soft drinks, coffee, and popcorn, WOW! After a reasonable wait my truck was done and I was checked out. Great service, I will return.

Caught off guard

Like all motorist, no one wants to be stranded on the highway. It happened to me one Saturday afternoon. My Fusion decided to die on the road. As one might expect the day would be ruined but actually North Point Ford's Service Department came to the rescue. I called and was connected with Allen Buck who took it from there. He provided a wrecker service which only took about one and one half hours to reach me on a back road highway more than 50 miles away. He called me the following Tuesday to let me know that my vehicle was ready to go. It's nice to know there are those that take pride in their treatment of customers and North Point Ford is at the top. Thank You,

HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!

First let me say, I have purchased many vehicles from North Point. When I purchased my 2013 Explorer Limited I had recently lost my husband and this was the first time trading or buying without him being there. The salesman made me feel very comfortable and did not treat me as if I didn't know what I wanted. To make this short and sweet, I was very happy with my Explorer. I remarried a man who is 6'4" and we made a trip to the East Coast and he was not comfortable. So we went back to the dealership and came home with a 2014 Expedition Limited. I am happy, he is happy and this will not be the last time we visit this dealership. On another note I have owned Fords all my life with the exception of two Chevy's (which were good vehicles), but my heart belongs to Ford. Thanks North Point!

The Right One For Me

I just bought my third vehicle from North Point Ford. Freddie did an excellent job of making sure that I purchased the vehicle that was just right for me. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make sure I was greeted and assisted. The overall buying experience was pleasant from start to finish. Freddie kept me informed throughout the entire process and offered good advice to aid in my final decision.

No Words can explain it

I have never seen a business like northpoint, the employees make it seem like they are doing you a favor but they could care less about helping you. I purchased a used car from them and I have not been happy since I pulled off the lot with it. They are a bunch of crooks. No one there wants to help you not even the general manager. I will never do any kind of business with them again.

Unbelievable

I purchased 2012 used suv from northpoint and after having it a week it was making strange noises so I took it to their service department I had to leave it and they kept my car for 13 days and it was never fixed they nevered tried to reach out to me just horrible service all around

Quick, friendly, efficient service

In the past my husband took our cars to be serviced. This was my first time. As soon as I drove in there were friendly young men to guide me. I was told approximately how long it would take to service the car and the cost. I was pleased with both. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. A lady offered us something to drink. A t.v. entertained us during our wait. My overall experience was a pleasant one. .
