These guys are awesome, bought a 2009 Nissan Altima from them, Joe is a great guy and does everything he can to keep his customers happy. Anthony is a good salesman and is very knowledgeable when it comes to their inventory. They guaranteed my inspection and told me I had 7 days to bring it back if it did not pass. It passed and I love it. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Perfect place if you’re looking to be scammed. Bought a car for more than I should have paid if they hadn’t cleared the check engine light before I went to test drive it. Halfway home the the check engine light came on and come to find out there was an array of problems. This wasn’t noticeable during test driving because they had disconnected the battery (which I should have noticed when the clock was blank) so the codes wouldn’t show up until so many miles after reconnecting the battery terminals, which it did. By the time I could get it in the shop, it was past the 3 day grace period and found the problem(s) were extensive and costly. Not proud but not ashamed to say they pulled the wool over this sheep’s eyes. Would not trust any purchase of a vehicle from this business. Their gimmick is they get auto loans for people with poor credit and leave them paying on something that can’t be inspected. I paid cash up front with no loan, so I can’t imagine the frustration of someone who was desperate and played even further into their corrupted game. Be ware of this dealer

Car has been in 4 times for repairs. Still not fixed. 12 days total and only bought it on 1st! Now they REFUSE to fix it! Refuse to give me back my entire deposit or even tell me why! Car is sitting at Dodge dealership and no idea what is going to happen now! Wont pass mass inspections.

I Purchased a 2008 Ford F-F150 and its running awesome! The salesman was a really nice guy and helped me through the whole process for financing, they garunteed me inspection and when it didnt pass they took care of it, i would recommend anyone looking for a used car come check this place out!

I bought a car from them. I was assured it was in good running condition. It wasn't. Several things wrong with it. Power Steering AC compressor Oil leak Brakes I only asked to have the brakes done. Two trips back and forth to get them repaired and they were still not working properly. It was a huge liability. However, they seemed uninterested in making it right and told me they couldn't fix it when I showed up to report it; one day after they had "fixed" them for the second time. Chris, the sales guy, seems like a good guy deep down. He has clearly got his hands tied by owners who don't understand what it means to be honest. I got the brakes fixed. With my own money. Caveat Emptor, people. Plaistow Auto Group will not disclose issues with the vehicle you're buying and they'll balk at fixing things they should have repaired prior to a test drive, let alone prior to sale.

If you do not know anything about cars do not go here! They will say it's a good car when it needs tons of repairs. Then they won't fix it correctly, and the warranties don't cover anything.

I had the worst experience here. Beware!! I was promised a car that passed inspection but that was so far from the truth! They said they would fix it, but they never finished. Long story short, they do not tell the truth, so be very, very careful!!

Went looking for a car to handle my long commutes, ended up going to plaistow auto and left with a beautiful Honda Civic. The car is perfect for what I needed and I can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was. Very kind and helpful staff.

second purchase here, happy both times, figured that was worthy of a review, go see these guys for a car!
