Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. Did everything online or over the phone from North Carolina. Went extremely smooth. Dealt with David and Steven. Would highly recommend

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Spoke with William in the service department and verified a console piece that ripped open my daughter hand was covered under warranty. Was very specific since they ripped me off on a non warranty repair before. He stated they only had one of them in stock and put it aside for us until our appointment. When we got there, they said it wasn't covered under warranty. Had them pull the part he sat aside and verified it was the correct one so not a miscommunication, but now they want $500 to replace it. Of course, the service manager was in "all day meetings". You know, the typical con dealers run. I suspect they are lying to people to get them there, then charging for the "warranty" work, then also billing Volvo. Not certain of this, but Volvo really needs to investigate this sham of a business.

Great people

We are returning home to Fort Myers, FL after evacuating from Hurricane Ian. We needed a car top carrier for all the extra supplies we know we will need. We stopped enroute. Not only did Angie reserve a carrier and rails for us, they had it installed in less than an hour and donated a shopping cart full of paper towels, cleaning supplies, sanitizer, etc. Their sensitivity and kindness will long be remembered. Great people.

Amazing as always!

Angie is always super amazing! Even thought they could not get my car to mimic the noise it makes, I was assured when I get time they would ride with me so perhaps I could get it to duplicate the pop. Angie offered to go with me immediately. Unfortunately I was unable to make time for this on this day. The staff is always so amazing!

Complete waste of time

They let me car stay in the shop for a whole day (seven hours) before telling me they could not fix it. I need a blower and resistor. They said the parts would be in the next week. So, that was two weeks ago. Not a word from them. I am glad others had good service. But, that did not apply to me. With COVID, they might be understaffed. The parts may not be ready. I do not know why they failed to meet their stated promise.

I found a car online and with little pressure was able to pick up and purchase. I have had little to no problems with my purchase. Love it!

This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. The customer service here is as above and beyond as you can possibly get. My salesperson, Sean T., and the Sales Manager, Eric S., were friendly, open, and most importantly (in my opinion), honest with me about the whole process and never once made me feel like any sort of burden. They worked their magic for me and got me an absolute fantastic deal on the car that I desperately wanted. I have never had anyone, in any way, work so hard to accommodate my situation and make sure I received a deal that I could afford and that I was happy with. I cannot truly express my gratitude in words, try as I might. This is a one-in-a-million dealership, and it would be well worth your time to start here in your search for a vehicle!

My salesperson, Sean T., the Sales Manager, Eric S., and the Finance Director, Will A., were friendly, open, and most importantly (in my opinion), honest with me about the whole process and never once made me feel like any sort of burden. They worked their magic and got me an absolute fantastic deal on the car that I desperately wanted.
