I bought my Mercury Mariner 2 months ago, started to have transmission problems. I bought the SUV for 4200.00, I understand there would be problems, but this is crap. They did replace the transmission, I paid 380.00 for. Mind you, this SUV should NEVER of passed inspection. It needs a new front axel, new breaks and rotors and new universals. AFTER they fixed the transmission (it also took them 3 weeks to fix it which I was remotely patient), they broke the motor mount, I also had to go buy a new starter (they said they would replace that, but after all of this I have NO trust in this company). NOW it's idle surging and wants to stall when I come to a stop. This SUV should NEVER OF BEEN SOLD!! It shouldn't have passed inspection, which I will be reporting to the State Police and have WRITEN PROOF this should NEVER of been road worthy. I tried to be nice when the transmission went, now I'm pissed. 4600.00 PLUS ALL the work I have to put into this SUV would have bought me close to a xxxx new car!!! They try to get away with it by putting "as is" on these vehicles. Let's see if that holds up in a Court of Law. They also screwed me on the Title, but that's a whole different story.

I was actually surprised by how easy it was to get in and out. Very friendly people and I got a sweet car for a sweet price.

We found the cars and trucks pictured on the internet to be junk when we got to this dealer. We were looking for an old car as a second car. No one came out to even talk to us or assist. We found the cars we had come to see and were disappointed.

Great family ran business! I just bought a car there and had an issue a few days later with it. I bought it "as is" with no warranty and called to see if they could look at it and they did, at NO CHARGE! I would highly recommend this dealership for quality used cars. The showroom is full of things to look at too, you won't be bored!
