Fast Process

Most car purchases take hours. I was in and out in 25-30 min. Good customer service and were easy to work with. I will keep them in kind for my next car

Integrity

I spoke to Chris the night before I drove three hours from Michigan to test drive an Audi Q5. When I arrived, another gentleman walked a few minutes before to test drive the same vehicle. Next Step Auto made sure I had the priority on whether or not I wanted to purchase the Q5 in which I did. I am grateful that they stayed true to their word.

I Am So Excited

I'm so happy with the experience I had with Next Step. Matt was really caring. They did not use peer pressure, gang up on me, or trap me indoors. There was no distraction or a sense of urgency. The car of intent was awaiting me when I arrived on the scene for a quick test drive. I am forever fortunate to have earned what doing the right thing counterparts from people as nice as them this day. Hop on over to their place. Then sign and drive your next step in an automobile. I did.

Very easy and good to work with

I was in the market for a used Mercedes Benz. Although I live in Grand Rapids MI I found one on-line and worked directly with Matt Sadler to make the purchase. He took a detailed video of this and worked with me to get it purchased and delivered to my home. This was a very easy process and I would recommend this dealership.

Found the right car at the right price.

Was looking for a car for my teenager. I had some ideas of what I wanted. Chris the salesman found me a car that exceeded my expectations for my son. I got a good car with low miles that should last hem through college. All the guys in the front and in the service are great!! No pressure during the experience.

Very helpful.

Matt & Chris were very helpful. Answered any questions that we had . We asked to put the car up on the rack they without hesitation . Told us the best route to take to get the car up to a good speed .The 2020 miata didn't have the tire inflation kit with it so they ordered it and are sending it to me, since I live a hour and half a way .We were in and out if there faster than the last new car we bought. It was nice not to spend a half a day at a car lot. They were very informative .

0/10, an absolute nightmare!!!!

I would NOT recommend buying a car here at all!!! They sold me a vehicle that I am unable to drive because it has an overheating issue. I KEPT bringing the vehicle back to them to repair and they just let it sit in their parking lot for weeks and didn’t fix a single thing. All they did was put 90 extra miles on the vehicle. Also, I don’t appreciate the false statement they made on the attorney general complaint claiming that I was “abusive” to them when I’ve been nothing but nice considering they sold me a car that’s a danger to me and my children, that I still have not been able to drive and it’s been well over a month. And as far as my boyfriend, he was VERY respectful and simply tried to make a suggestion to the mechanic about why it could be overheating and the mechanic is the one that had an attitude and was “abusive” because he didn’t want to take any suggestions. The mechanics can’t possibly know what they’re doing because the overheating problem was never resolved. They kept saying it overheats every other day of them having the vehicle and didn’t know why. As a “certified mechanic” they should have conducted a diagnostics test to know what the issue was. We took it to a third party and they actually did diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with it. (which is why I didn’t bring it back to Next Step for like the 20th time, because it was in another shop). When we contacted Next Step after figuring out what was wrong with it, they refused to help. These people obviously have no care or concern for their customers. Extremely disappointed by the whole entire experience. They really should be ashamed for scamming a pregnant woman into buying an unsafe vehicle and refusing to help fix it on top of lying on the complaint.
