Outstanding Customer Service

Although we did not end up buying a car from this dealership, Shawn Mays and Mitch Loftis provided exceptional customer service. We went there to test drive a 2014 E350, but after driving it and really liking it, the car fax showed that the car had a minor damage that was NOT related to an accident. Although the car was reasonably priced, I just hesitated to buy this particular car as I had concerns about it's resale value. Shawn then spent hours with us test driving other E350s, but we could not find one that is within our budget so we did not buy a car here. The reason I'm writing the review is because I was really impressed by the customer care Shawn provided us. He was never pushy and always had a positive attitude despite the fact that we did not buy the car. Next time I want to buy a MB, I will be looking for Shawn, he is highly recommended.

New Car Shopping

Dylan Cosper was awesome! He was professional, courteous and a very attentive. The service we received was not the reason we did not make the purchase. The numbers just didn't line up for us. I know where to go when we're in the market again.

Worst experience ever. Will not return

Left my car at 9AM. Not ready until 4:30, just in time for Houston rush hour. Had to harrange service people to get car by then. But to make matters even worse, ALL the settings from my radio, temperature to the steering wheel were changed! I was furious. Will never return.

Extermely Disappointing Experience

I recently bought a used S65 AMG and chose Mercedes-Benz of West Houston to get B service done. The assistant service manager Eric Garcia was exceptional in terms of his curtious behavior. He was very professional and polite. The car was kept overnight to perform some additional service including wheel alignment. On checkout I realized that the car was driven exactly 50 miles since the checkin, although the paperwork reports 6 miles. This made me extremely upset as I can't rationalize any reason that would require technician to drive 50 miles. Eric and manager (don't remember the name) were very appoligetic and shared my concern. Although I do appreciate facing staff behavior but wouldn't use this dealership ever again simply due to lack of check and balances pertain to mishandling of vehicle.

Fantastic customer service

I've been a 15 year patron of another Houston area MB dealer and decided to give Sewell a try last week. The service advisor went well above and beyond what 99% of other dealers would do in trying to solve problems and help me with the most cost effective and comprehensive remedy to my cars' issue. I will be a lifetime customer.

i went to pick up parts for my Mercedes, i ask the lady in front in the left side with curly hair ,excuse me do u know where is parts and she keeps staring at me ugly and ignore me while i was talking to her ,im paying parts and good customer service for this ? really

World Class Service

I have long been awaiting the moment I could write this review becuase during my first of several visits to the service dept. I was so impressed with the mannerism and excellent service I recieved from Patrick in service dept. and Maria just to name a few. I own a 2007 MB E350 and for months I have struggled with an issue that several techs could not figure out why? The vehicle was draining the battery. I went to Sewell Mercedes Benz service on a quest for answers and a fix to this very frustrating and dreadful mechanical issue and I was very happy to have met up with a former employee of the luxury brand I sell vehicles for and the amazing patrick . He worked so hard and tried every single way he knew how to find an answer to this problem. And after a few weeks of being in a 2017 E350 loaner and him working with his technicians they found the answer it was the drivers seat motor that was draining the battery . I have now have been driving the car for over a week and it starts like it was a new car becuase Patrick also found a recall that allowed me to fix my other small issues at no extra cost . I want the world to know if your mercedes is not feeling well and you want it to become the car you knew you bought for all the right reasons go see Patrick and dont worry about the rest as every little thing is going to be allright . Thanks a Million and I will be back soon my Man ! If I ever sold any other Cars it would be Mercedes becuase of you .
