I knew what I wanted : 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SEL black color with all the possible extras. If you think that every single Mitsubishi dealer place is ready to deliver something THAT specific? Not at all!!! They like to call you every other day, they like to email with promises ( " if you drive and come see us for a test drive ....") , and even asked for deposit. And you know what??? The ONLY Mitsu dealership in Maryland I talked to ( around 15) who was ready to deliver and ACTUALLY delivered what they promised , were Tom Hodges Mitsubishi!!!! All my experience with buying my Mitsu, was simply fantastic. All team were genuine, pleasant, open- minded and offered their help anytime I need: call, email, come in. And every time since I bought the car - August 1st - if I like to ask some quick question, my special thanks to sales representative Donnie Gray. Excellent team, Mr. Hodges! Excellent attitude!! Just purchased a used car from Tom Hodges and my salesperson was Donnie Gray. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I live in Pennsylvania and contacted the dealership as they had the vehicle I was looking for. We did a virtual video demo over the phone set up by Katie Singleton, with Donnie doing a walk around as I looked the vehicle over. I have never bought a vehicle without seeing it first, but after talking to Donnie I felt very comfortable with purchasing the vehicle without driving it as I was assured that it was a nice vehicle and in great shape. After Lauren Landes and I forwared the necessay paperwork back and forth, I received the vehicle delivered directly to my door by none other than Mr Tom Hodges himself. He drove over 2 hours and 45 minutes and 160 miles each way to deliver the car and assured me if I had any problems to contact him personally. I can tell you I have never received that type of customer service and I have purchased quite a number of vehicles over the years. Thank you very much and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Tom Hodges. Thanks again to all involved in this transaction.

I emailed the dealer to see if the 2013 Corvette I saw online was still available and within a hour I received an email stating it was and when would I be interested in seeing it. The vehicle was priced within my range and the year so I went the next day to test drive it. When I showed up around the scheduled time, I was met by Becca who came in on her day off to show me the vehicle. I test drove the car and had some concerns with the car. Pat the sales manager came over to meet me and we discussed the vehicle. He assured me that everything would meet my satisfaction and would call me once the vehicle is ready. I put a deposit on it and came back the following week. Both Becca and Pat were extremely helpful . Since Becca went on vacation, Pat dealt directly with me. There was still some minor paint issues but Pat made me an offer and I bought the vehicle. The Finance Manager, Lauren worked with me on an extended warranty and again everyone at Tom Hodges were great. Right before my wife and I were ready to leave, the owner Tom came out to meet us. This service and respect of customers is hard to beat. My wife and I traveled 3.5 hours from Delaware to Tom Hodges Mitshibishi and would recommend them to friends and family.

Tom Hodges is a reputable dealership with excellent customer service. My significant other and I had originally gone in to purchase a used vehicle. As many people know, a car is a huge investment. We had done our homework, and had aimed to leave that day with a used vehicle, 60k in mileage and an average warranty. Instead, we left with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. We couldn?t be more pleased with the purchase - they had parts on order for what we wanted added, suggested dinner in-between as we waited for the financial paperwork to be processed, and even stayed far past closing to ensure we left that night in our new vehicle. Pat and Jeremiah were excellent to work with on financing, Dallas was a knowledgeable and friendly sales representative and Tom truly sealed the deal for the whole experience. Not many owners would be there well into the evening to ensure we had the best experience possible. There is no question as to why this dealership has grown into what it is today. Thankful and will be sure to send customers their way.

First class geoup at T. Hodges. To start I sent an email requesting info. andd received immediate responses. They also folowd up with a phone call. When I arrived I was greeted immediately with professional friendly staff. The dealership is beautiful, clean, and had that relaxed home town feel. The process was smooth and they were very willing to work with me on terms and pricing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will be coming back to R. Hodges in the future.

My wife and I bought a car (for me while I fix my car and then for my step-daughter who will be getting a permit soon) from Tom Hodges about a month ago and had a great experience Yesterday my other step-daughter needed a replacement for her failing cross over. Because of our recent positive experience, we went back to Tom Hodges. They made my wife and step-daughter feel like family. Purchased a used Toyota Tundra and the people were absolutely the best. Never had a great experience like this place, from the salesman Kenny, up to the owner Tom , they were very nice and very helpful throughout the process.
