I have previous experience with the dealership on the service side when I got my Tuscon serviced which I got from another dealership. When I returned to purchase, I was given the best deal on the new Palisade 2025. Oscar doesn't mince words and is a upfront person to work with. The other staff from finance is friendly and navigated me through the buying process. Overall this is a positive experience for me who needed a car in a short period. Definitely recommend the dealership for friends and family.

The most dishonest criminal misleading dealership I have ever dealt with they make the worst buy here pay here dealerships look good and definitely don’t buy from them online you will be lied too up and down. The owners management could’ve cared less about customer satisfaction especially Dan Eason. Worst auto purchase of my entire life! Hello All 1st I want you to know that I am fully aware that this is a used vehicle. and that my expectations are reasonable. Next I want to say I wanted to drive to Tennessee to look at this vehicle before I purchased it But at Oscar's recommendation if I did make the drive the vehicle would not be there when I got there even with a deposit.I put my trust in him to make sure things were as they appeared in the ad and during the walk around which was ok at best. Definitely not the same as being there. I should've gone down to look hands on. Because things would have turned out different. Here's what I want the owner of the dealership to see. And he will see it. I understand this is a used truck, but any good and decent dealership would not have let this vehicle roll out of their shop before most of these issues were addressed. I am a bit picky but cmon. The more I look the more I find which scares me with this investment, not to mention the stigma around the Nissan Titan XD Pro. 1. Only 1 key and fob. 2. Front head light issues markers occasionally left front head lights won’t work. 3. Front cup holders missing I've already purchased it for $104.02 4. Rear graphic's missing per the add, the graphics were there. I've already sourced it and it's in the back seat ready to be installed. 5. Rear back up camera cloudy. 6. Rear bumper is bent. That was not seen on the video walk around. Biggest Issue! 7. Front differential output seal leaking. 8. Windshield cracked. 9. Roof water seal and trim missing on left and right side. 10. Pressure wash lower engine compartment and skid plate. Full of soot for some reason. 11. Vehicle pulls to the left slightly. Cab was dirty, carpet extremely nasty. I can assure had I been there to do the walk around I don't feel I would have purchased this vehicle. You said you will have a Nissan certified inspection done while it’s down there, should that not have been done before I purchased the vehicle. And shouldn’t that have been disclosed to me along with the other 22 service records which I have no access to. I did contact Oscar with my concerns almost immediately within 24hrs Unfortunately he went on vacation. I do have all the texts between Oscar, Dan, and you if you need to reference anything. I am retired Military and am disabled Vet I need a reliable vehicle for my wife and I to travel. I am not making any deals, I want fixed what should have been fixed. Every option you had given cost me something REALLY! You were supposed to have called me back to make arrangements for the vehicle to return to Columbia for the needed repairs and adjustments. I will not pay for any services per our earlier discussion, nor will the lift kit and tires be removed per your suggestion. If we can’t reach an agreement then perhaps purchasing the truck back is an option per my discussions with Dan. Actually I can drive the vehicle down there that way we can both put a face on this if this works for you. Because over the phone it’s like nobody is listening. 1 March 2024 Hello all again. I received my vehicle back yesterday afternoon. The vehicle was very clean as it was When the vehicle went back for repairs. Well where to start. After 11 days not a thing was completed on the list from above. I was told they replaced the right front headlight $2500 is what it cost according to the gm. Next front differential output seal was supposed to be fixed nope still leaking. And last the bumper is still bent.

Unresponsive/unprofessional.
Unresponsive/unprofessional. Inquired on a Suburban online, received no follow up so emailed the sales team. Then received a one liner/poor grammar response from a rep to which I replied asking a question about a tech option on the vehicle. Waited hours never heard back. Called the dealership was told that somebody would call me back, they never did. Spoke with Internet Sales, again was told somebody would call me back, again they never did. Sent follow up emails to the GM, Sales Manager, Sales Rep and the generic sales email address inquiring again on my tech question. Once again; all emails ignored. Finally sent an email saying I didn’t appreciate the lack of responses and would follow up with a review. Go figure heard back from Sale Manager Ralph pretty quickly asking what my concern was. So please note, Ralph responded to my email stating I’d leave a review yet still failed to respond to my earlier emails asking my question about the cameras on the car. I explained to Ralph all the channels I had gone through to get an answer to such a simple question…back to no response. Luckily most other local dealers don’t have the same issues so I’d recommend saving yourself the hassle of a days long chase and go elsewhere right off the bat.

Easy to work with.
Easy to work with. The definitely drove a hard bargain but eventually gave me what I wanted for my Genesis GV70. Damien , Ralph, and Jon were excellent. Went out of their way to find us the car we wanted.
