You Deserve Negative Stars

Joe Cooper Lincoln of Edmond has the worst run service department I've ever dealt with. Unfotunately the review form doesn't allow for negative stars as they certainly deserve at least a negative 3 stars. The service department lies, doesn't meet deadlines or commitments, doesn't honor their contracts, and is full of smoke and mirrors. As a former business owner I would be embarrassed and quite ashamed to have my name represented in this fashion. Oh, I foget they don't care, they've already sold me the car. I assure you that won't happen again, this was the 5th car I've bought there in the past 10 years and it will be my last. To you Mr. Cooper you should be called to task by FORD/LINCOLN for running a dealership such as yours, tarnishing FORD/LINCOLN'S good name.

TWO THUMBS DOWN!!! Terrible customer service

I bought an exhaust part for my 2018 F150. They told me to pick it up the next day. It was the wrong length and the wrong size. When I brought it back for a refund they told me it was special order. No refund The parts personnel at the desk were unaccommodating, unfriendly, and bowed up on me with attitude. Would not even offer a store credit. I depended on them to give me the right part. Instead they adamantly refused to make it right Forcing me to seek out the general manager. I was told he was busy and waited over an hour. Mind you this part was $106

Poor service dept

Car came back from service with dirty fingerprints on the headliner, sun visor and door post. Car was in for the sunroof seal to be replaced under warranty. This is the second time that we've gotten a car back from service with something wrong with it. Last time it had three interior panels still removed laying in the back. Unacceptable for such an expensive car.

BUYER BEWARE !!!

🏴 DO NOT BUY NEW VEHICLES FROM JOE COOPER EDMOND !! 🏴 Very disappointed in the service department !! Purchased a brand new vehicle and had some added accessories installed ($1500). Had problems with both rear fender flares. Took in my vehicle in at two different times for problem to be fixed. Clips seem to be defective as they are still popping off. Rick Rayborn assured me he would look into it for me and get back with an answer solution. That was 3 weeks ago. Never heard back from him, but I was not surprised either. It seems they are quick to sell you a vehicle but the service department does not address any issues you have after you sign at the dotted line. My son just purchased a brand new Ford F-150 , but I sent him to the Guthrie location instead. So BUYER BEWARE at Joe Cooper of Edmond. Seems like the service department need a repair themselves for better service after the fact. The Owner of Joe Cooper Ford contacted me after my Google Review. He said to contact the Store Manager to make things right. I did leave 2 messages for BLAKE FEATHERSTONE 5 days apart. I have yet to hear from him. Exactly why I wrote my first review. They do not care about customer once a vehicle purchase has been made !!

Don't use joe cooper

They drove our car then said they don't have the ability to fix problem. Drove by a week later truck out side. If you ask to speak to the owner they said he could never be reached .

The young lady Kimberly

The young lady who helped us was so attentive unfortunately at this time we couldn’t get a vehicle rest assure when we do because a Cadillac is the only one we drive we will definitely be back for that young lady to help us she is awesome..

I have dealt with Joe Cooper for about five years now and the truth is this guy it’s all about him he will call you when you were wanting to buy a vehicle and lie to you about trying to give you work for his company the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life dealing with this person he is A liar and a horrible person all he wants to do is sell cars and will do anything to do that I would not buy anything from him much less deal with him as a person

Don't Go There

(Original post on November 25, 2020) These people were rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, and condescending to my wife buying a vehicle from them. They actually had her in tears telling her what she "was going to do". High pressure sales tactics and took 6.5 hours to write up the "deal". I have no clue how they stay in business. Had I been there, there would have been no sale. We were pre-approved through our credit union, but they wrote a contract with some out of state bank at a higher interest rate to improve their profits. Unscrupulous and shady, they are an insult to the community. NEVER buy here! Update 12/19./2020 This dealer hasn't sent my title yet, so I have to drive worried about getting stopped since the paper tag has expired. Is this what I paid a $450 document fee for? Update 4/22/2021: Refinanced this vehicle with our credit union which Cooper refused to do for apparent profit reasons. I hope they had to refund their financing commission.

Worse experience ever at this dealership

I just recently buy a truck and the financial guy by the name blake munoz he lie to us saying that the gap insurance cover for transmission and engine and all the electronic for him to add the extended warranty over 4000$ ,and I just got mail from the bank that he did the financial and the total amount it's different from what I got on my paperwork ,and he is not responding the phone calls from me or the bank

One Class Act

Definitely would do business with them. Blake the Sales Manager is a man of his words. Takes responsibility for mistakes made and makes them right. Not usually the case in the car business.
