We had a break down on a trip from NY to Arizona, the service department went out of their way to ensure our vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, The service manager Wesley was polite and understanding showed ethical values missing in many in today's society If you go there read the company code of ethics on the wall, I can saw they meet the goal RPB

And if they are really mad at you Then they take your phone number and bombard it with app phone texts right Thomas Jowers! (Wash your dirty underwear actually throw em away with all them air holes) hahabut thank god my cell Co. caught this and got all plu # and I’m def pressing charges! so BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! These people are complete crooks! They are doing almost the same thing Reagor Dykes did! And look at Reagor now dumb selfish crooks! Every dog has there day!

Crooked dealership based on previous reviews I am the 3rd customer to fall for the bait trucks they post online, posted 2 trucks for under 15k, valued my trade in told me come on down. When i asked for pics of the interiors they were both magicly sold the day before but they had more of the same trucks same year for 10k higher for sale, its called baiting and they have been caught doing it before stay away from crooked dealerships like this, so glad i dident make the drive from DFW

My husband purchased a dodge from y'all and it came with some hiccups but the customer service and prompt service was exceptional! They were curtious and accommodating and we were extremely happy with everyone there!

I'd like to thank Mr. Ellis for hid honesty and integrity for going the extra mile in providing me information to make my buying decision. I asked for numerous additional photos to be taken and never any put offs...always willing to satisfy. The only thing that made the difference was another offer with a lifetime powertrain warranty. Mr. Ellis remained very friendly and professional despite my intent on purchasing from another dealership. I will seriously look at making any future purchase from Mr. Ellis and Co.
