I stopped in hoping to get a quick oil change while on a long drive to Houston. Sergio greeted right away, and everyone said hello. He was able to fit us in and we were well taken care of. The waiting area in the dealership was clean, comfortable and presentable. Everyone was friendly and approachable. We looked into a vehicle while waiting and Danny came to greet us with a friendly handshake right away. We were grateful to get serviced efficiently and my jeep ran very well all the way home. Thank you for your service and friendliness today. Made my 10 hour drive much more enjoyable!

The team at Ram County are supper nice folks. They got me right in and finished the job even quicker than I expected. I would like to see at all locations, the tech have a quick conversation with the driver just to make sure everything was completed and if there was any questions or future issues that might arise.

Had my Wagoneer in for a repair and recalls. All other dealers in the cities nearby required a 6 week wait. Ram Country too k it in the same day i called to inquire about repairs and had it back to me 1 week later repaired, software updated, recalls taken care of, oil and maintenance done. Service rep stayed in contact with me throughout the process which was greatly appreciated.

Daniel was extremely courteous and knowledgeable I even dealt with a service manager Mike the guy was willing to go out of his way to get me home. Overall experience was about as good as it could get. I highly recommend Ram County Dodge of Fort Stockton for all you vehicles needs.

This was the easiest car purchase ever. Cortney was my sales associate. She was so nice, friendly and professional. The (used) car I went to buy was not available, so she got my info and brought a used Jeep Patriot that was black with black interior. Because of where I live, that was not going to work for me. Cortney suggested that a new car might work better for me and explained there were a lot more options, rebates, etc that would keep me in my general price range. She didn't try to push that car on me at all. I decided to look at new cars, so she brought me a beautiful bright blue Jeep Compas Latitude. I fell in love with it right away. I test drove it and that was it!! My current car was appraised for trade in and came back quite a bit lower than anticipated, but with the rebates available for new cars it made up tje difference. I was pre-approved and my payments set up in a price range I could handle. The financing associate Mercedes was quick and efficient. I didn't feel like I was being held hostage for hours like I had experienced in the past with other dealerships. This was truly the best car buying experience ever!!!
