Since Mark was a brand new employee, Mike assisted him with explaining the features & benefits of the vehicle as well as the Acura certification. Both gentleman worked together to get the interest rate, price, & payment that I was looking for, & Mike went the extra mile to personally show me how to operate all of the technology functions in the vehicle! I tried to walk out on the deal twice & both gentleman remained patient & focused on gaining my business. To seal the deal nicely, I sent Mark a text & requested his assistance with scheduling airport valet & he took care of it immediately & provided instructions on how to drop off. Overall my experience was a very good one & the only thing that would have made it better would have been if Acura would agree to fix the flaws on my rims.
