Satisfying All Round

Mr. Michael Mastropietro was professional, courteous, perceptive at the highest level, knows his stuff, with the correct balance of humor and intelligent insight. I wish all sales people were as capable. To Acura: Michael is a keeper. To Acura: keep up the good work.

Excellent Service & Quality Cars!!

Mark Galinas & Mike Mastropeitro did an excellent job pursuing my business. Since Mark was a brand new employee, Mike assisted him with explaining the features & benefits of the vehicle as well as the Acura certification. Both gentleman worked together to get the interest rate, price, & payment that I was looking for, & Mike went the extra mile to personally show me how to operate all of the technology functions in the vehicle! I tried to walk out on the deal twice & both gentleman remained patient & focused on gaining my business. To seal the deal nicely, I sent Mark a text & requested his assistance with scheduling airport valet & he took care of it immediately & provided instructions on how to drop off. Overall my experience was a very good one & the only thing that would have made it better would have been if Acura would agree to fix the flaws on my rims. I thank Mark & Mike for their outstanding customer service & for helping me purchase the perfect vehicle!

Great Experience!

Had a wonderful time working with Mike M. as we were looking to lease a new 2018 Acura RDX. Our current lease with the Acura RDX 2015 was coming due and we were looking to remain with Acura. Mike did a great job of working with us and was patient while we decided what our next car should be. I strongly recommend anyone looking at Acura to reach out and speak with Mike.

First VP

No tricks, all treats this Halloween! I've leased cars every 3 years, for over 20 years, and for the first time today with Crown Acura. I can honestly say the new MDX lease experience I just had from Crown Acura and my sales consultant Matthew Dodok has been by far the most pleasant, honest, and transparent. Matthew was professional and articulate in the process. Frank in financing was efficient and didn't attempt to sell me a bunch of dealer service programs. At the end of the sales process Matthew introduced me to Colin MacLean, President of Crown Acura. Colin shook my hand and thanked me personally for the business. From start to finish, I experienced class, professionalism and honesty with every interaction at Crown Acura. Extremely Satisfied With My Experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Dodok. I cannot stress enough how pleasant my experience was. Matt took the time to walk me through all of my options and offered advice where needed. Unlike other Acura dealerships in the area, Matt was not pushy and even went above and beyond to beat the price I was quoted by Motorcars of Bedford. They did not waste my time and did not play games with me like other dealerships. He made it his priority to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and I can tell he will make it his priority to make sure I remain satisfied. He is one of the friendliest salesmen I have encountered and would highly recommend Matt Dodok over at Crown Acura. The facility is beautiful and my experience was fantastic!

Leased new car at Crown Cleveland.

I leased a 2018 Acura TLX through Crown Acura on 10/9/2017. I would like to compliment their staff for their fine service. This was led by Matt Dodok who was extremely courteous and thorough showing all the merits of the cars, their performance and operation. He made himself totally available and prepped my car to my likes for my most enjoyable use. While I am certainly a new customer to Acura and Crown it has been a pleasure and I do not hesitate to recommend Matt and the Crown agency.

Great place to buy a car!

I really enjoyed dealing with MINI of Cleveland, so much so that I drove all the way there from Columbus when I have another MINI dealership right in my backyard. I could have bought from any of 4 dealers, with 2 in Cleveland alone. I bought from MINI of Cleveland because Gavin kept calling me, but not with the typical sales routine. He actually had good information for me.
