We were a little disappointed with our service.

We were a little disappointed with our service. The car is used but very nice. Everyone was very nice and polite. Everyone we talked to said they check out everything in the car thoroughly. As soon as I left the dealership it said change the battery in the key fob. The fluids were a little low. We couldn't find the tool for the wheel lock lugs, the dealer ship couldn't either so we brought it back and they changed the lugs. Used the parking brake once it locked up, had to have it towed home. Our mechanic got it out with his scanner. Brought it back they cleaned up the brakes. I told them the brakes squealed sometimes, they still do. I brought the car back on Monday afternoon, I called Friday afternoon they said the car was done and they had text me and called me. That was not true. Everybody has bad days and I'm sure you check your cars out, but I feel that was not the case with us. We would use your dealership again.

Renata was service manager.

Renata was service manager. She is extremely professional, warm and courteous. She makes entire experience pleasant. Colonial staff from runner to service manager to cashier are courteous and very helpful. First rate organization.

I was able to call the service department and speak with

I was able to call the service department and speak with Renata. She was very courteous and helpful in setting up the repairs/services that I needed. I was able to have my vehicle transported there (AAA) for the service and then have a courtesy ride to pick it up. Thanks for the great service.
