Honest and great

Let me first say I spent 33 years in the automotive field and fully understand how most used car lots are run. I said I would never buy a car from one. After intense vetting of European Exotic Center, I was pleasantly surprised at what other customers and the BBB had to say out dealing with them and Joshua Zenor. Bear in mind I turned down multiple cars at other dealers due to poor reviews and horror stories. I just could not spend that amount of money on a car from any place with bad reviews. European Exotic Center had a Rolls Royce Ghost I was interested in buying. I emailed back and forth with Joshua Zenor multiple times. Josh was ALWAYS quick and complete with answers to my questions and concerns. After negotiating to a number that I was happy with I bought a flight to see it in person. Josh had told me he was to be out of the office the day of my arrival but assured me Chad would be up to speed and ready for my arrival. Chad was professional and courteous and allowed me to thoroughly inspect the car as I wanted including putting on the lift to inspect the underside. I spent about three hours checking and testing everything. Chad did not bother or hover around me as I progressed with my inspection. I would say the condition of the car as described to me and via the pictures was close to what I saw although pictures never show everything. If a ten out of ten was an exactly accurate description, I would say it was a 9. There was a mixup on the sales tax charged when I bought it in Florida that didn't come to light till I was back home at the DMV registering the car. I emailed Josh about the problem and he promptly verified the problem and overnighted me a check for the overpayment of sales tax I was charged. I feel it is important to acknowledge a company when they are honest, professional, courteous, and offer a good product at a reasonable price- something far too rare these days. People can be quick to bad mouth a company when they don't get their way and slow or not say anything when things do go "right". I tip my hat to you and your company Mr. Joshua Zenor. I am enjoying my car and am happy with the transaction. Keep doing what you are doing and success will always find you.

Outstanding Exotic Dealership

I had no idea that buying a used Ferrari could be so complicated. There was so much to learn, ask, and investigate. My car buying experience was not the most pleasant as I encountered snobby salesman, lied too about service history, and was told my 2014 Corvette trade was an inferior product and would not get me a decent trade value. Needless to say, I was ready to give up on buying my dream car. I had a popup add come up on my computer for European Exotic Center. I clicked on it and found a very well priced Ferrari. I placed a phone call and spoke to salesman/owner Joshua Zenor. Joshua was extremely polite and professional. After a few short minutes, I felt very comfortable dealing with Joshua. My vehicle was no longer available. Joshua apologized and asked me exactly what I was looking for. He was not a pushy salesman. He was actually the opposite, very at tentative to my car desires and told me “at this level you should not settle and get exactly what you want. Give me an opportunity and I will do my best to find it in your budget.” A few weeks later, I located a vehicle at this dealership that was a little outside my budget. I called Joshua and we discussed a possible deal. Joshua worked very hard to get me the right value for my trade and to get his vehicle to where the numbers matched with my budget. Everything that was promised by Joshua was delivered. Taking delivery of my 2006 Ferrari F430 was outstanding! A few hours after delivery Joshua called to make sure my drive home was smooth. I pointed out two items that became an issue on my 4 hour drive home. Joshua immediately took care of the issues with one of my local Ferrari experienced autoshops. Now, who in today’s used car market does that? Joshua told me that he stood behind every car he sells. He is a man of his word! A true gentleman and honest dealer. I can’t wait to do business with him again. I highly recommend Joshua, his dealership, and staff to anyone looking for an Exotic vehicle. You will be amazed by the customer service you will experience. A dealership!!!!!!!
