Had to press to get answers to questions either via email or phone. Seemed like I was burden throughout interaction. I was willing to continue to purchase vehicle despite issues, we just couldn’t agree on a price.

I reached out to them through email and they didn’t

I reached out to them through email and they didn’t respond so I called and ask about the car and they said someone was test driving it so I gave my name and number for them to let me know and they didn’t call back. So I will never do business with them

Read the reviews!!! The unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge and disrespect for customers! We visited to look at 2 cars. When asked about the cars, the sales guy not only didn’t know the specs on the high performance cars nor was he going to take the time to find out. We asked to test drive due to seeing some possible roughage under the hood- you always want to test drive before buying! Sales man Sam got the keys and dealer tag met us at the car, inquired about credit. We reported humbly and inaccurately because we didn’t have a good feeling about this sales guy due to the Google reviews. We were then refused a test drive for a 2012- under 30k car! Sam stated we then had to do a credit check prior to a test drive- not even asking if cash buy was an option. A reputable dealer and a smart individual knows no credit check is NOT needed to test drive an under 30k car- we had more money in the car we drove there than the 2012 was worth! He disregarded my son as if he was a child, when he was the buyer and the collector of performance cars. Laziness , lack of quality knowledge and scummy engagement. Not to mention read how the “owner” responds to the negative reviews. Shows the true character and value that is put on customer service.

These people are everything you ever heard wrong about a dealership. Whatever they can do to sell you one of there vehicles which are mostly JUNK and super overpriced.

Purchased a 2013 Kia Forte, called mark and he told me everything about the car. Sent me pictures of the small scratches. They were very upfront about the price which I didn’t like but it was way too good to pass up!
