The Service Dept handled the alignment and balancing of

The Service Dept handled the alignment and balancing of the tires to alleviate the steering wheel shaking at 60mph. There was some confusion about rotating tires and changing the oil at 15,000 miles ( 5K intervals versus 10k ). However, Ralph Russo and Sergio Lucero were able to sort it out for me. Toyota recommends oil changes at 5K , 10k and then 20k. 10k between oil changes seems excessive as I drive in bumper to bumper traffic and on-construction sites. The car was washed which is a nice touch, Thank You
