Worst place to bring your vehicle!

Worst place to bring your vehicle! Brought my car in for air bag recall, ABS light was on when they brought it out, it had a check engine light on and the air bag light was on. When I told them that they were not on before they proceeded to argue with me. Talk to owner showed I was knowledgeable about cars, and caught service provider in a lie, owner threatened either we look at it again and if can't fix it you leave hating me or you leave hating me and never come back. Never fix anything still lied saying the lights were on. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE EVEN FOR A RECALL THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

Trying to buy a 2022 Jeep Cherokee, limited, 4 x 4 Got

Trying to buy a 2022 Jeep Cherokee, limited, 4 x 4 Got sent a 2023 jeep Cherokee altitude lux and was told that they could take money off of that bait and switch not what I wanted. Then the sales person went silent. Then I was told they’re not sold anymore so they’re more valued. I can go on but I bought so many vehicles there when it was the Lessord I enjoyed it.Now not so much! Maybe time to move on. To a different dealership. These vehicles have been sitting for almost 1 yr and Peak can’t seem to get us one. But we have found them from Syracuse to PA. Why cant we buy local. Why don't Peak have vehicles on their lot??

Unprofessional and disorganized

Would not recommend at all. Talked to Michele over the phone, she said all I had to do was bring a down payment. The day come and all of a sudden nobody know nothing.

used car warranty not honored

I bought used dodge truck from this dealer.I paid a $1000 for a portfolio warranty good for 6 yrs or 75000.I took the truck back failed transmission .Dealer and portfolio would not honor warranty The work order had my warranty as good but they denied a claim. I would never buy another dodge again .

Exceeded expectations!

I was curious about a certain Jeep model, and I saw that they had this particular model here, so I went in one morning to check it out, fully expecting to go to my previous Jeep dealer in the afternoon. My salesmen, Devell and Jason, were very polite and not at all heavy handed. Jason was willing to go the extra mile to get me that model that I liked, and despite a few bumps on the "financing" road, I was able to drive that sweet ride home, quite surprised that it was one stop shopping!

Bought a new Jeep

As a 3rd time new Jeep owner, our 1st time at Peake Jeep! I am so happy I made the choice by coming local and not going back to previous dealership where I had bought previous Jeep’s. Don was very patient over a week in giving us freedom to browse, ask questions anytime in texts, calls, and in person, and giving us the time that we needed to make the right choice of which new Jeep to buy. In purchasing a new vehicle, the only stress I recall was which color to get! Thank you to everyone at Peake for making my Saturday Great when we pulled out in our new Jeep!!!!

Changed a tire for me

I stopped in without an appointment and Christine Ladue was great to work with. The service department squeezed me in and my tire was changed and I was on my way in about half an hour! Very courteous staff and they went out of their way to help me!
