Called a couple weeks ago to find out if our motor mounts were under warranty. We were told that it depends which one... are you kidding me??? Either they are or they aren't. Then my wife took her car in there to get the oil changed this past Saturday and asked them while it was on the rack to look and see which motor mount it was to determine if it was under warranty to which their reply was they were going to have to charge us a $90 diagnostic fee again are you kidding me??? It was already up on the rack the guy could easily have looked at it and told us which motor mount it was seeing how for some dumb reason it depends on which one it is if it's covered under warranty.

New Van
My mom was happy with her new van. Our car dealer, DJ, was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, and was so willing to work around our schedule. He was polite and knowledgeable about his job. We would definitely consider car shopping here again!

Great experoence
Great experience! I drove in from Lincoln to look at a Prius and Randy was great to work with. Had the vehicle ready for the test drive when I arrived, let me take it out on the interstate and even researched the car being that he hadn?t sold many of them. The negotiations were effortless. I offered, the dealership countered and we met in the middle. Put down a deposit and was back the next week with cash to make the purchase. In and out in about two hours and Randy even gave me some picks for the horse track down the street. Perfect experience!!
