Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. After 2 trips, driving 50 mins each way, a test drive, and spending 2.5hrs on the lot, we were ready to make the purchase today and hopefully drive home in a new truck. However, when Jared brought out the final numbers the price was $9,000 higher than advertised! We wasted almost 6 hrs on a falsely advertised vehicle when I could have been looking at other ones. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Unless you want to be hit with lots of surprise numbers at the end.

I initially contacted this dealership via email on
I initially contacted this dealership via email on January 16, 2025, inquiring about a Ram Rebel 1500 Crew Cab with 239,000 miles they had listed for sale. I was told the truck had just arrived and needed maintenance and detailing, but I was welcome to come see it. During my visit, I noticed a strong antifreeze smell inside the cabin and mentioned it to the salesperson. They assured me it would be addressed and invited me to return the following week when the vehicle would be ready. At that time, the listed price was $15,968. A few days later, on January 24, 2025, I noticed the price had unexpectedly increased to $23,977. I emailed the dealership for clarification, but no one responded. Then, on January 30, 2025, I received an email from a different employee—on official dealership letterhead—advertising a price reduction. The email stated the truck had just been lowered from $23,977 to $12,184 and encouraged me to come in for a test drive. On February 7, 2025, I visited the dealership again to see the truck. However, it was still unclean, with an empty Coke bottle and a cup left inside. I also noticed the same strong antifreeze smell. When I pointed it out, the salesperson claimed it was due to engine cleaning, but from my experience, it smelled like a potential coolant leak. Despite these concerns, I expressed continued interest and offered $9,000, referencing the dealership’s own $12,184 price email. The salesperson left to check but returned, stating, “This is a $30,000+ truck couldn’t believe any offers below 20k,” dismissing the advertised price. When I showed the same price listing on multiple automotive websites, he claimed, “Those are third-party sites—we don’t control that.” Instead of honoring their advertised price, he attempted to upsell me on a different, more expensive vehicle and suggested financing options. I declined and left. Later, when I reviewed the emails, I realized the salesperson who dismissed the price was the same person who had emailed me the $12,184 offer in the first place. This experience raises serious concerns about the dealership’s pricing transparency, business ethics, and vehicle condition. The multiple price changes, misleading advertising, and refusal to honor their own written offers are concerning. If this is how they conduct sales, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

BLUF: I do not recommend this dealership for their shady
BLUF: I do not recommend this dealership for their shady tactics. They set prices low online and then tell you the ACTUAL price when you show up in-person and have become emotionally attached to the vehicle. They use this immoral pricing tactic to draw you in. We recently purchased a vehicle from MAG and have not had any issues with it yet (we will see), but after reading these reviews we see that they took advantage of us. We were drawn to this location by the low online price of 16k but after test driving and discussing if this was the right one or not, our salesman Jared Slater acted surprised and informed us that the price was actually 20k. After reading other reviews I see that this is exactly what they do to everyone and that one user claims the manager stated this is their sales tactic. However, Jared told us this was a mistake and they are trying to fix the wrong prices online which means he lied to our faces. Other points that were frustrating with the purchase was that Jared informed us to make an offer and when we did offer a lower price, he stated that the price was set and couldn't be lowered. We also mentioned during the process that the windshield was chipped but he acted like he didn't know and changed the topic. After all of this, we were asked to leave a positive review, only to see all the reviews from buyers that had the same experience as us.

This dealer puts their prices out on third parties Like
This dealer puts their prices out on third parties Like cars.com for cheaper than they are really selling them. This gets you in the door and they say they have no control over what the price says at those other sites. Others tell me a different story. Beware of this dealer.

They sold me a car that was relatively new only for the transmission to completely fail 2 weeks after the purchase. They stated I had a major mechnanical warranty but I had to pay 50% of the cost. They stated on paper they did a safety inspection and everything. My car has been sitting in their auto shop for over a month, ignoring phone calls and after I finally get ahold of them, something new always seems to come up. Thinking about taking legal action if something is not done soon. The car was also $17k on their website and then all the sudden $19k in person. I definitely feel like I was screwed over.

Worst car dealer I've ever visited.
Worst car dealer I've ever visited. Their website says and I quote "we offer a simple no-nonsense guaranteed credit approval, and some of the best auto finance in the industry. Bad credit doesn't phase us". However, that's untrue. During my phone conversation and telling them I was only looking for cars in the $6,000 to $7,000 range, I was assured by the finance manager that they guaranteed approval and had lenders that will work with any buyer's circumstance. I had my credit report ran and was then told by the finance manager he couldn't help me because none of his lenders will finance cars under $8,000. This was never stated before my credit was ran and advertising cars in the $6,000-$7,000 range that you can't finance is ignorant. I called again and spoke to the store manager who was equally as rude and told me my credit and income wasn't good enough and I already had a car loan elsewhere so no lender would finance me on two loans. I have a 670 credit score, $2,300 monthly income, and 6 major credit cards all in perfect standing. My credit and income aren't good enough? After this circus show and only 4 hours later, I was approved by the next car dealership I contacted and financed by a major credit union instantly. I drove my new car home that day. There's a reason they are rated 3 stars. I hope this review helps others to not waste their time.

I called to ask about a 370 Z they had for sale, but they didn’t want to talk price or any specifics over the phone. So I drove clear across town to check it out, only to find a car with a flat tire in operable convertible top. They couldn’t open the trunk, and did manage to open the drivers side door with some difficulty. Passenger seat was covered with trunk liner or some random parts that may or may not come with the vehicle. Clearly they bought a lemon from auction and are hoping to pawn it off on someone, I was told if a listing of theirs only has a few pictures, they haven’t gone through it yet and got it ready for sale. Sure would have been nice if they could have told me that over the phone. There’s probably better places for you to buy buy a used car from…

The Munsterman team made my truck purchase the easiest
The Munsterman team made my truck purchase the easiest one I have ever had. I literally told them my wish list for a truck and a budget price. Not only did they cross off every item on my list but they came in several thousand under budget. I will for sure be back and I am going to refer all of my friends and family to buy from them as well! Thank you MAG Auto!
