The people at Van Horn Oconomowoc, were friendly and very helpful. Jon Flores, our salesperson, was very helpful and courteous in guiding us through the process of purchasing our new Ranger. Ryan was also very helpful and courteous in getting all the paperwork completed in a timely manner. Van Horn, Oconomowoc, has changed the oil in my pickup and car for over eleven years. I have come to appreciate their quality and excellent service. That is why I bought my new truck from them.

My husband and I worked with Van Horn on 7/12/25 to
My husband and I worked with Van Horn on 7/12/25 to purchase our used 2024 VW Atlas. Less than one week later, we had several service lights on including battery and check engine. When contacting the dealership we were met with nothing they can do and we must go to a VW dealership. After dropping our car for service, we were given the information that the new battery in the vehicle was not installed properly, with loose connectors, and was never reprogrammed to the car. They told us that this was faulty/poor maintenance work. After giving our business to van horn and trusting in them, we are sad that the work done to our vehicle prior to purchase was not done appropriately/properly and created future issues. I am hoping that the service department at van horn will take more care and time on all vehicles and conduct proper work.
