We prepared ourselves to feel like riding a bucking

We prepared ourselves to feel like riding a bucking bronco when it came to looking for a new vehicle, but Billy made the procedure so smooth, enjoyable, and with no pressure. So far we love our new Explorer.

Hello.

Hello. Recently purchased a truck from here. One of the repairs they said they would do (oil pan) prior to pick up wasn't done. Then I noticed a clicking sound by the engine and decided to bring it in to be checked out. Well before my 3,000 mile platinum warranty was up and 48 days after sale. Turns out it is a lifter and needs a new engine!! Was told by Dale not to worry, she got everything cleared through claims and engine and install will be covered. Awesome work Dale I really appreciate it. Reason for 3 stars is this hasn't been a good buying experience and I am yet to get my truck. When I do get my truck back I will update this review along with how the rest of my experience goes.

"After a car accident, I've been stuck in a rental car

"After a car accident, I've been stuck in a rental car for over a month while searching nationwide for the desired replacement vehicle. Imagine my excitement when I found it at the Van Horne Oconomowoc dealership – right here in my own backyard! This wasn't just any car purchase; as a WOMAN, I was making my first independent car purchase. I immediately visited the dealership, had salesperson Billy test drive me (since vehicle wasn't safety checked yet), and put down a $500 deposit to hold it. Even factoring in a holiday, business days passed without any updates. I called Billy twice, leaving messages, but received no return calls. I finally contacted the Service Department Manager to inquire about the status. He informed me the transmission had issues and that management was deciding how to proceed. More time passed, and my rental car costs continued to mount (costs the dealership was aware of). The next day, I called the Service Department Manager again, who then contacted the Sales Department Manager. The Sales Manager then called me to inform me that my $500 deposit was refunded and that they were sent the car to auction. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this entire experience. I feel particularly dismissed by salesperson Billy. His enthusiasm was evident when a sale was possible, but completely vanished when, unbeknownst to me, the deal was falling through. Deal with them again? Not unless returning with a man to command more respect - and that's not going to happen.
