They do not honor their Guaranteed Trade In Value

Kinsey Reiner was the best! But they do not honor the trade in value that their "Value my Car" tool gives you. I went there counting on this being honored and was offered thousands less than the trade in amount that was supposed to be Guaranteed. If they are going to have this tool on their website the amount should be honored unless the vehicle was in worse shape than reported.

honor , trust , and promises

i purchased my 2011 jeep through the dealer , and i like it. but i took it home the next visit and drove the jeep for about 3 weeks to make sure there would not be any issues with it before the dealer id done with me and the jeep and it goes to the limited life time power train warranty and out of there hands. the temp. tags they issued me expire n the 15 of the following month. so upon looking at the paper work that was given to me by Tavis the sales person , i did take notice that the was not a state safety and emissions paper to get my plates. i called back up to dealer to see if they had it or can get copy of it and they told me that all they did was a IDOD on it not a safety and emissions . they then told me to go get one done and then they would reimburse me the cost . when i took it to get the state inspection done on my jeep the state inspector noticed that the engine was leaking anti freeze on the back half of timing cover where it meet up with the engine block and the head area and the exhaust pipe had pin holes in it (in which could have easily failed state but they pas it seeing how I just bought it at a dealer and i had to get my plates on it . I immediately called the auto centers dealer to inform them of the anti freeze leak on the 14th while the temp. tags expire on the 15th (now the title was dated and signed on the 17th of December). the dealer said to me that night on the 14th that they would have some one call me right back to talk to me about the repairs needed . no one ever called me back that night. I emailed them with the same info, no response. then I called them to inform them again of the problem. at that point I got transferred to sales manager and he was telling me that the anti freeze leaking was not to be covered under the warranty and that I was past the 30 day mark also long story short he insinuated that I was telling false info and the got worst from that spot on . then I get call from them again wanting the other halve of the down payment . I asked about the repairs needed on the jeep again . They told me to pay the other half of the down payment at that time and they would talk to the owner of the the dealership about the repairs . A week goes by and still hear nothing once again . So then I get a call from the dealer once more asking me when I can make my first payment to them so I asked the about my repairs on my jeep again , they told me they have not heard any thing yet . I call back to day on the 28th to keep up my trust , My relations and promise with the dealer but before making my 1st payment I ask once again of my repairs with the jeep I was told by Roy lets get the payment made first and then go from there . so I made the payment and the finance person said that they would have Travis call me back to night , but I never got a call and I fell like they are trying to blow me off and avoid me and my jeep . so now I am stuck not driving a $20,000 dollar jeep just siting in my drive way being called a over size toy paper weight. This has cost the wife and myself to argue and she stop talking to me 4 days ago over this blue jeep I got from them, because I keep my trust and promise to the dealer that I made to them , but the dealer was not doing the same. THIS IS A VERY BAD EXPERIANCE AND FRUSTRATING .

Don't fall for the lies, they won't fix your car.

The LAST DEALERSHIP YOU WANT TO GO TO.. I've past this dealership all the time, and seen they had a lot of cars to choose from. Unfortunately, I sent my stepson and wife up to buy a car because his car was unrepairable. When they came home to show me the car the dealership recommended, it has been wrecked in the front, glue was holding the grill in and the emblem was cracked. At that time, even with me just having spine surgery, I got ready because I didn't want them to take advantage a woman and a kid. When we arrived, I mentioned the car had been wrecked, then they brought out another car that had multiple damage to the paint, with I might add, a bunch of dust so you couldn't tell the paint was messed up. After the all that, they brought a car up that was dirty so you can't tell all the defects, and promised us that the car would be detailed to perfection. Needless to say, after we had been at the dealership for hours waiting on the finance department, they let us know that it had been in accident and the airbags deployed. We looked over that, simply because they was about to close and my stepson needed a car to go back and forth to work. We finally left the the dealership and got down the road and turned the radio on, and no sound. Called the dealership and they said, No worries, we will get it fixed. They set up and appointment at there cheap shop, and even after making an appointment, they kept it for 2 days, because they didn't have time to get it in. Since there 2 dollar shop couldn't fix it, and being almost a week, the dealership said we didn't purchase the extended warranty that wasn't offered. Beware what you buy from this place, don't be like us, make them wash the car before you sign the papers. The top of this car hood, roof, and trunk is literally scratched beyond repair. So, I would pass this dealership up , and waste your time. Definitely, DONT FALL FOR THEIR LIES AND MISGUIDANCE. Our salesman was Travis, and it was the Finace Manager that lied and said they would fix whatever was wrong.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM SALESMAN MICHAEL KEESEE!

We would have given them a 5 star review if it wasn't for the ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SALESMAN MICHAEL KEESEE!! But in fairness, we had an overall good experience with Eddie in Finance and Bobby Toppin (another salesman). We bought the car through salesman Michael Keesee with the agreement they would replace the cracked windshield. After driving an hour twice (once for him to measure the windshield and then for our actual appointment) to Stephens Auto Care in Pevely (where Michael told us to go) the owner there (Mark Stephens) got mad at us when we told him we'd wait for the repair (since we lived an hour away and did not have another car to drop ours off and pick it up later). He got mad and rudely told us we'd be there all day!!! (Even though we had an appointment). We planned to sit it out until we heard him talking bad about us to the group of window installers working on other verhicles. We then left and called Michael to get the number for another glass repair company to call. He (Michael) never returned our calls! An entire week went by and not a single response from him!! We finally called our finance person (Eddie) and told him about the problem with Stephens Auto Care and that we could not get through to Michael and he wasn't returning our calls and he said not to worry because they have a network of windshield repair shops they work with and connected us to our salesman. Miraculously Michael answered the phone when Eddie was the one connecting it!!! Michael proceeded to lie to us and said they only use Stephens for glass repair and no others. When we told him our finance person just told us they have several repair shops they use he became rude and abruptly gave us the number to Anytime Auto Glass. Unfortunately, Anytime Auto Glass needed approval from Michael in order to come fix our window. We and Anytime auto glass called Michael FOR TWO WEEKS to get the approval for them to fix our windshield and he NEVER returned our calls or theirs!! After 3 weeks Anytime Auto Glass called and said they lucked out and managed to get approval for us from another salesman there (Bobby Toppin). They were fixing the windshield of his customer so Jenny at Anytime told Bobby about the problems we were having with Michael not returning calls from us or them. Bobby went out of his way to get the approval for our windshield while he was approving his own customers windshield replacement and we were able to set up the appointment and Anytime Autoglass (Highly recommend them!!) came directly to us and fixed our windshield. It took 20 minutes (not all day like Stephens Care Car told us it would) and they came to our house saving us another hour drive!! BOTTOM LINE: I would recommend doing business here but SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THE SALESMAN NAMED MICHAEL KEESEE and work with Bobby Toppin (or anyone other than Michael if you want any kind of service after you've provided him with a good commission through your sale). They do have a great lifetime warrantly on many of their vehicles (which is why we chose them in the first place), a great selection of vehicles, easy financing, and Eddie in Financing and Bobby Toppin in sales were excellent! We will give them repeat business but we will never work with Michael again and will be giving our repeat business (and the corresponding commission) to Bobby. And just another note- We still have not heard back from our salesman Michael Keesee at all!! He never returned a single one of our voicemails to him and its nearing a month after we purchased the vehicle from him!

Out of state purchase

Great price, streamlined process, only thing I would have liked was more specific answers concerning the warranty other than a generic "see the documentation" response
