Mostly a very good experience but I have a couple of things that I am annoyed about. I purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS. It is a very clean, will maintained and nice car. The salesman was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. The negotiation was easy and painless. And the"paper signing" process was quick and easy. My annoyances are that the features of the car were misrepresented by the salesperson. I don't believe this was intentional it was merely not knowing the details of the product you are selling. I was told that the car had cooled or ventilated seats. It does not. Additionally, a feature where the car would monitor the road in front of it, while using cruise control, and if a vehicle in front of you were to stop suddenly then the car would automatically apply the brakes and come to a stop. This option is also not on the car. Cadillac's are new to me and I did not know that what I was being told was not true. There are many controls and I did not really know how to try these features so I believed the salesman. My mistake. The other thing that was annoying to me was to have made an offer only to find that the offer agreement, which was presented for me to review and sign, included an additional charge that was never discussed. $2995 for an additional warranty which was included in the financed payments. This felt shady. If this was something that you wanted to sell me it should have been discussed with me before finding it's way onto an offer that they want me to sign. Anyway, mostly a good experience with a little bad thrown in.

Bob was an excellent salesman and took great care of our family! He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. AJ was also articulate and helpful. We are very happy with our purchase and I know this vehicle will keep my family safe for years to come.

I went to Kuni BMW without the intent of buying a car. I met Adam, he was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. He went out of his way to show me different cars, he was patient knowing that I had no intent of buying a car that day. While waiting for the finance department, I met Juan, a genius, who told me additional features of the car that I was about to purchase and was more than happy to couch and guide me through the process of getting myself acquainted with my new car. I was nervous, not knowing if I was doing the right thing but as I reminisce, I am thankful for the assistance of everyone I encountered there. My dad and I have decided that this dealership gives the most relaxed and comfortable setting for buying a car. There’s no pressure and everyone is so kind and helpful!
