Great Experience
I wanted to go more local in my car buying experience and Roanoke Ford is as local as I can get. I kept my eye on a 2022 Ford Explorer Timberline for a few weeks and communicated with Elle the entire time. When my wife and I decided to pull the trigger we didn't hesitate to give Elle a shout out to set up the test drive. From moment we stepped on the lot to the moment we left was top notch. This is a small town dealership with big city service. It may not be big and flashy but its got the small town vibe which is what we like. Elle was great to work with. This is my first Ford is many years and I hope to work with Roanoke Ford for many years to come.

Working with Nolen, Butch, finance and everyone else there was a pleasure. Very professional with no pressure to make a purchase. We had a great experience working with everyone to purchase a new F-150. Also got a great deal. For us it was definitely worth the 2+ hour drive. Give them a chance to earn your business. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Service department was terrific. I had my oil changed and they performed inspections of my vehicle including tire pressure, etc to insure my safety on the road!

Great buying experience
Great staff bought our 22 Ford -F150 from Ellie, very helpful & knowledgeable on vehicles, we drove 2 hours to buy the truck, it was worth it, they had what we were looking for and at a fair price & fair trade, best deal around, not marking up sticker prices like some dealers are doing. Thanks Ellie, Butch & staff for a good truck buying experience.
