On three separate occasions over the past few years, I have contacted this dealership for service. I have called and spoken to someone who promised a call back; I have left a voicemail on the service dept line; I chatted online with a bot who promised a call back. On none of those times did I receive a call back. Very disappointing in Reedman Toll's apparent lack of professionalism. (Instead, I went to Concordville Nissan and couldn't be more thrilled.)

The slightly younger Stephen King was an absolute
The slightly younger Stephen King was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was most helpful. Mr. King not only helped me but he was compassionately supportive in showing an employee new to the service desk how to navigate through the system. I stopped into the dealership to purchase a carfax report for a car I was looking to buy. After a few minutes, I was on my way and happily made my purchase. Thank you Reedman Toll Nissan of Drexel Hill. I love my “new” used Rogue!!

The slightly younger Stephen King was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was most helpful. Absolutely horrible; used to be on point. They charged a $250 diagnostic fee for my 6 mo old lease, that’s right, 6 mos old because they couldn’t get the issue to repeat itself, otherwise it was covered u see warranty, duh! A few months later a bulletin dropped from Nissan regarding the exact matter, go figure.

Unresponsive to owners needs
Rear breaks on a murano shot under 10000 miles. No relief from the drexel hill store. When I called corporate they gave me the run around. 6000 miles since I put new breaks on and the breaks are shot already. Also the service at the dealership use to be great but has deteriorated over time and now just STINKS.

Terrible customer service
They provide terrible customer service. The waiting time is excessive for a routine service like filter and oil change.The waiting time to book an appointment is almost 2 weeks. They cannot provide all services because they are constantly understaffed. They have been "understaffed" for over 1 year. They are not working to improve customers experience. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

Terrible experience. This was my husband and I first and last time coming to this dealership for service. For a simple oil change , with an appointment I have been sitting for over 3 hours and my vehicle still is not ready. After 2 hours my car was still sitting in the spot I parked it. Why make an appointment if they do not honor it? There is no regard for the inconvenience this place caused

Took car in for oil change 5 days later found out oil pan was damaged and bolt loose . Service Manager Patrick was so unprofessional . They need to reevaluate their service department before someone really gets hurt . I will never return for any service

Ripoff
Looking to buy a quality used car for my 16 year old daughter. After an exhaustive, 6 month search, I found a 2010 Nissan Sentra with 36k miles. Negotiated the price based on 'superior' condition. After purchase, I took the car to my local mechanic who pointed out several minor issues. One major issue was the the car had evidence of being in a collision. The car was sold to me as 'clean' carfax. After attempting to contact the Used Car Manager, Debbie, several times, I was finally able to speak with her. She was going to research and find me the original Carfax...that was November.
