Dishonest, incredibly slow to fix the things on the car that were promised, aggressive behavior. This is not a dealer worth risking your purchase from.

By far the worst and absolutely deceitful place!
Was lied to from the start. Had the most horrible experience. They won't fix your car, and are deceivers. At first very nice. By the end of this miserable experience I must say I am appalled at the unprofessionalism by the owner and so called mechanics.

Run away while you can
I would rate 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I came to get a Jeep from here, test drove it and told them problems with it and that I did not want it, they were very nice and said they’d fix everything and convinced me to buy it. They are THIEVES. They completely lied and scammed me out of my money. Didn’t fix anything but the small things and didn’t even fully fix them just made things work for a couple days. Now I have TWO GRAND worth of things to fix on this car. The owner is rude after he gets his money, same with the sales men here. I should have listened to the reviews on here. Don’t be fooled by their Facebook ratings that say otherwise I’m almost positive those reviews are from friends or family trying to make them look good.

Terrible business ... run fast the other way , sha
Bad vibe right away, very unprofessional, sold us a car that needed at least $3000 in repairs , oddly enough employees disappear quickly here so I’m assuming there is also poor treatment but its hard to follow through with business transactions when the person you are working with is gone the next day it seems like a common occurrence there . The owner Rory is very shady .. snake in the grass .. run the other way .. don’t be tempted by these luxury vehicles.. they look pretty but they are junk!! This place is shady in every corner . There are a million other places to buy in Chicago I do not recommend epic motor sports ... run the other way ..fast!!

BUYER BEWARE!!
I did my homework, ran carfax, one owner car, lower mileage. Bought on January 29, 2019. February 5, 2019 check engine light came on, I drove less than 100 miles. Dropped off w/mechanic on Friday February 8, 2019. I WAS HOPING IT WAS SIMPLE FIX - I REALLY LIKE THE CAR!! I TOLD MY MECHANIC TO TAKE HIS TIME (TRANSLATE, SAVE ME $$) When my mechanic worked on the check engine light, (took him a while to figure out, some "port" thing) and he finally fixed/got rid of check engine light, but then told me the bad news on Friday March 1 -- SUBFRAME IS COMPLETELY ROTTED AND RUSTED. THE CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. I called the dealership on Friday March 1, spoke to Jordan and explained the situation. The original salesman, Eric who sold me the car, no longer works at Epic. Jordan stated he would talk to owner and get back to me. I asked for a REFUND or A CREDIT TO BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM. Got no response. I actually looked at another vehicle on or about the evening of January 22, 2019. I made an appointment morning of January 24 to have my mechanic look at it, but Epic sold the car before my mechanic could inspect. That's why I didn't have my mechanic inspect. I DID MY HOMEWORK, RAN CARFAX, LESS THAN 119,000k MILES on 2005 CAR AND IN DECENT SHAPE. HOWEVER ROTTEN SUBFRAME IS NO JOKE. They probably have some decent cars but HAVE YOUR MECHANIC LOOK!!!!

Bought a car, classic scheme, they said no issues, you drive out the lot, lots of issues pop up like rain, trying at least to contact the guy to be clear about issues, get ghosted, after they get the check you dont exist

Sloppy
Made appointment, took an afternoon off work. Dealer “forgot” to add me to the schedule and the car was unavailable. Wasted trip; Sloppy service. These guys aren’t worth your time.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We do work by appointment only being there's only one salesperson on average on staff. We sincerely do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.
Great service recommend
If you want to buy used car I recommend to come at Epic motorsports.

So far, so good!
The guys are Epic were friendly and responsive. No pressure to buy. I would be happy to deal with them again.
