Jeff Hertzog was very awesome to work with, and he made the whole car buying experience easy and pleasurable for me. I trust him, and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I was also pleased with the trade-in amount I received, the financing options I got, and finalizing the paperwork with Dave Ramirez went smoothly, too.

Not happy with multiple attempted repairs .

Not happy with multiple attempted repairs . Service writers tell you one thing then another story a day later . I purchased vehicle from here and had it serviced definitely here . Not after this

It was a pleasure working with Dana at I.G. Burton in Lewes, Delaware. He truly knew the cars he was showing and offered several options for me to look at. The whole process was smooth and not pressured.

I purchased a truck on 12/26/24.

I purchased a truck on 12/26/24. It was supposed to have running boards, black gmc emblems and floor mats. None of those things on the truck. As of 2/1/25. I?m still waiting to have them installed at dealership. When and if they come in. Also got financing through dealership from my bank . That I have an account already. The dealership interest rate was 2% more than if I went through the bank.

This was my first time buying a car and Dana was awesome!

This was my first time buying a car and Dana was awesome! He talked me through the whole process and was so patient with me while I figured out what I wanted to do. Again, Dana was awesome! Penny in warranty was amazing too! Talked me through the paperwork and explained what I was signing and answered whatever questions I had.

This dealership did much better this time.

This dealership did much better this time. I had brought it in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 8:40 am. And this time it was completed before noon. In stead of mid afternoon. I believe if I make appointment early morning. It should be first in and first out. It was that way with another GMC dealership I've dealt with in the past.
