Do not buy vehicles from this dealership.

Do not buy vehicles from this dealership. First, they sold me an Acura MDX, which failed inspection three times. It was a cash purchase. Then, we decided to finance another vehicle, giving them a chance because the supervisor, Sara, had been very helpful. We chose a Mercedes-Benz GLK. The same day I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I called, and they told me to bring it in on Monday because they were closed on Sundays. But on Sunday, while my husband was driving to work, the vehicle made a noise, and something fell off. When we checked, the axle was broken. We took the SUV to the dealership on Monday, and they promised to fix it. Days passed, and I didn't hear anything about the SUV. I called, and they told me the part was on backorder and would take a while. Then, in less than three days, they called to say the SUV was ready. We picked it up, and I took it for inspection, but the check engine light was still on. It passed inspection, but the codes it gave were for some sensors, so I left it as is to buy them. All this happened in September. The SUV broke down, and the catalytic converter needed replacing just a couple of days ago. When the mechanic went to work on the SUV to replace the catalytic converter, surprise, they didn't replace the shaft; they welded it. The mechanic informed us that the shaft wasn't new; they just welded it, and that's a safety hazard issue, and I can't drive the vehicle like that. He said that since the vehicle is still being paid for, I should call the dealership so they can take responsibility. The dealership refuses to take responsibility for the work their mechanics did, which put my life and my family's lives at risk. I am taking the appropriate actions, reporting the issue, and filing the necessary complaints so they are held accountable. Two vehicles left that dealership with hidden defects. No compre vehiculos en este dealer. Primero me vendieron una Acura MDX dicho vehiculo no paso inspeccion por 3 ocasiones. Se habia comprado cash. Luego optamos por financiar otro vehiculo dadole la oportunidad por que la supervisora Sara habia sido muy amable. Escogimos una Mercedez Benz GLK el mismo dia que la saque del dealer encendio la luz de check procedi a llamar y me dijeron que la llevara lunes por que domingo no abren. Pero el domingo cuando mi esposo hiba de camino al trabajo el vehiculo hiso un ruido y algo se le cayo. Cuando se verifica el eje roto. Se lleva la SUV lunes al dealer se comprometen a arreglar. Pasan los dias no tengo noticias de la SUV procedo a llamar me dicen que la pieza esta en back order que va a tardar. Demomento en menos de 3 dias me llaman que la SUV esta lista. La recogemos y porcedo a llevarla a inpeccionar ya continua con la luz de check prendia. Paso inspeccion pero los codiogos que dio fueron unos sensores y pues lo deje asi para comprarlos. Todo esto paso en septiembre. Que sucede la SUV se daño y habia que reemblazar el catalitico tan reciente como hace par de dias. Cuando en el taller mecanico van a trabajar con la SUV para cambiar el catalitico sorpresa no cambiaron el eje lo soldaron. El mecanico nos informo que ese eje se ve que no es nuevo solo lo soldaron y eso es un safty Hazard issue y no puedo manejar el vehiculo asi. Que como el vehiculo se esta pagando debo llamar al dealer para que se hagan responsables. El dealer se niega a responder por un trabajo que hicieron sus mecanicos. Que pusieron mi vida y la de mi familia en riesgo. Yo estoy tomado las acciones pertinentes informado y hacendo las querellas necesarias para que se resposabilicen. Fuero 2 vehiculos que salieron de ese dealer con vicios ocultos.

Do not go here

xxxxty xxx car lot with a xxxxty xxx warranty company. I financed my first car there, a day after I made my first payment the engine failed. Great. When I called them to see if they would be willing to trade in the car, or work with me with something I basically got a “you signed an “as is” contract, talk to your warranty company, here’s a list of mechanics”. The whole engine had to be replaced extra. They do not look out for their customers I was very excited to finally have my own car. About after a month of my car being in the shop, xxxx with the warranty company, well over 500$ dollars I spent in Uber’s and Lyfts that I should of not of spent because I should of had a car, making my SECOND car payment, still with no working car, and a 1900 bill with the mechanic that the warranty company only paid some of, they offered me a 200$ check even though “it wasn’t really in their budget” well, none of this was in mine either. So cool, after a couple days I call to see if they had the check. Ciara had said they “took the offer off the table because I wrote a bad review.” So ok whatever, I asked if I took the reviews down, could they work with me. She said that’s fine and I called back when they were taken down (morning of Feb 25th 2020) and of course, I was told Alex would call me back, and of course, just like when I first called when my car broke down, he doesn’t call back. It’s not that hard to call someone back and tell them yes or no. So here’s my review. 0 stars.

Best car buying experience

I really enjoyed this car buying experience. Phil Arellano was extremely knowledgeable but not too pushy like you get at large dealerships. I am more than satisfied with the car I purchased; it is very clean and I was surprised by the low price. I have been to dealerships that take hours to get you processed but here it was painless and quick. I will definitely buy my next car from here and recommend my friends and family do the same.

Good place to buy

My wife convinced me that she needed a new car and a friend referred us to Nations Auto. I went in not convinced that she really needed a new car but the selection was great and the prices were even better. I went in thinking this was going to consume my day and hurt my wallet but I was surprised and ultimately went home early and satisfied. She was happy too because she got the there!

THESE FOLKS WERE MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING IN SHOWING ME A COUPLE OF JAGUARS THEY HAD. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE VEHICLES ON THE LOT. LEFT WITH A GOOD FEELING AND MAY VERY WELL BE BACK.
