The service dept at yuma kia is always friendly and helpful. I am always satisfied. The sales manager not so much! He is older and doesn't put the customer first.

Exceptional Sales Experience!
I highly recommend Kia of Yuma if you’re looking for a new Kia. The salesman, Tomas, and the finance person were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and did not waste my time trying to push things I didn’t want. They went out of their way to work with me when my bank’s hours were less than ideal. When it’s time for my family’s next new car, I’ll go back to Kia of Yuma.
Exceptional Sales Experience!
I highly recommend Kia of Yuma if you’re looking for a new Kia. I purchased my 2021 Kia Seltos from Kia of Yuma about a year and a half ago and have been using their service department ever since. I have been very happy with the car and the quality service . This visit I had the tires rotated and oil changed along with A/C filter and cabin filter.

Over the past three years I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I've always been told what work will be done and they do keep me updated if I'm in the waiting room. The time and estimated cost is given to me up front. Keep up the excellent work.

Zero stars, David Francis especially
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would get better about the accuracy of my review. Insane. Long story short: As 2-time combat veteran (OEF/OIF) US Navy special programs (I was an addiction counselor and a also a nuclear mechanical operator), I’m now rated 90% disabled due to ptsd alone and I have a long history of therapy and sobriety as a multiple trauma survivor, I told Kia I’m desperate for a car cause my violent and otherwiseabusive ex is hoarding my assets and refused to pay child support for a year now, which resulted in getting my other car repossessed in September 2021. I told David Francis (and Andres) at Yuma Kia all about my situation and they were really excited to drive over to my house, pick me up, get my $15k down payment and then still put my monthly payment over $400. When I returned to the dealership to get some answers I was told to F off (in not so many words). Thanks David Francis for screwing over my 3 kids and myself.

Kia Yuma service. Stopped for an oil change on my kia before driving back to Canada. At less athan 3000 km, my car had no oil and was full of sludge. So what had they done, i'm guessing emptied it and put half back in? Almost ruined my car. What a scam. Lied about my battery, trying to sell me a new one. Who can you trust anymore

Wrong paint and nasty asstant service manager
Do not get touch up paint on your car from this dealership or for that matter maybe rethink going else where to spend your hard earn money. There are other dealerships in this town. Please Read on! I had to purchase touch up paint because I was initially told when purchasing this vehicle that they cover chips and scratches through the extended warranty;however, we discovered they do not. We spent 26,000 plus on a this brand new Kia Soul and we believe that the professionalism and satisfaction is now no longer a concern once papers are signed and are locked into a monthly payment not to mention the interest accumulated. I purchased the touch up paint for my Kia Soul 2020 and did not get the right product. It looks terrible and 3 days I had to wait for a call from management due to management not on sight of dealership needless to say no return call. I was the one who had to be proactive and go down to the Kia dealership to talk with Management. They put me in touch with whom I now feel was an inept Assistant Manager,Daniel Ballesteros. He was unwilling to discuss the problem that Kia manufacturing gave the wrong color paint. His solution was to give me more paint. I said it's ruined and it looks terrible. I'm not an auto body person. It will take more than paint to fix this problem. It will take an auto body shop to fix the incorrect paint on this vehicle. I of course had to endure the notorious there is nothing I can do from Mr. Ballesteros. I feel he allegedly lied to me which I do not appreciate dishonesty and lies. Why do I feel this way because he told me that they do not have an auto body shop so the only thing that he can do is give me more paint and he said it repeatedly throughout the conversation. I retorted according to the warranty if this were what you considered a manufacturer defect there would be a place to take this vehicle to repair. It's known that car dealerships have auto body shops in place to repair cars either in house or contracted out. So you mean to tell me that Kia of Yuma doesn't have an auto body or a place to take a vehicle for repairs. I find this contradictory and leads me to conclude that I have been a victim of lies. Let me present a question to Kia of Yuma if a person has a manufactured defective/damaged auto part they will be turned away because there is no auto body shop to do the repairs? So you will not honor the warranties set in place. You see how erroneous that sounds. Kia of Yuma and the manufacturer gave me the wrong mixed/matched paint which caused the defective color to my Vehicle. The Kia Soul now needs to be professionally repaired which Mr Ballesteros refused to step up to the plate and acknowledge. If I would have been told that the paint was not going to match exactly I would not have done this and ordered the touch up pen/paint. My trust in this dealership and service department has now been compromised. My observation and experience now with the Service Center and Maintenance department and Mr. Ballesteros along with his management team at Kia of Yuma have no interest in helping resolve service problems to which they are responsible in creating. I now feel I will be singled out and discriminated and treated unfairly upon my return for warranty services. I have these different color spots on a brand new car. I was turned away with no other explanation with no other alternatives to resolve this issue. I now must accept Mr. Ballesteros did not want to take responsibility for our Kia receiving the wrong paint and to repair the damage that it caused. Shame on you Kia of Yuma for what I perceived as lies and taking advantage of Seniors!!!!!

Absolutely best experience with no hassles....found the car I had wanted to order within two days, here in an additional three days, and delivery was smooth, concise and as best as one could expect. Mallory was superb to work with and follow up on the car I left for repair was exceptional by the owner, Willy Zamora! Can't say enough good things about them AND the car!
