We had a great experience from start to finish. Adrian Salas was our Salesperson and he was very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job with communication and made the buying process seamless. I would recommend this dealership.

This dealership and our sales associate Ryan stated that being transparent and wanted to earn my business was the top priority. Well after a very long car buying processes filled with lies and broken promises. We will be taking our business elsewhere. In the car buying process, we had an agreed upon price for a car which they didn’t have on their lot but assured us they would be able to get it. After a week of limited communication, unanswered phone calls and vague reply emails. We decided to concede our decision and go with a lower trim which was on their lot. The difference in the cars were exterior features and difference stock rims. They offered to switch out the rims to ones on their lot and it was communicated that these were thrown in for free. Upon receiving the final price, the rims, we charged and put in the price. Upon speaking with the manager (Lauren), they were unable to make it right and provide the offer based on their word. This dishonesty was the final straw. Please do not waste your time working with this dealership as they truly exemplify the stereotypes of the dishonest big dealership.

Ryan and the management team made everything so easy and worked hard for us. I couldn’t be more pleased! I will be a Tom wood customer for life.

After having several negative experiences with other car dealerships in Muncie, we decided to google the nearest Volkswagen dealership... we are so happy we did! Mark Jones was one of the kindest salesmen anyone could ask for when searching for a car. Andy Skinner made the loan and paperwork process understandable, and answered all of our questions with patience and genuine customer service.

Went in for recalls and a periodic service. Everything was complete ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will come here again in the future.

After about a month of research, decided to go with the Volkswagen Atlas. Ultimately the discount off of MSRP, lifetime powertrain warranty, and experience working with Mark and Lauren all factored into the decision. Every time I visited the dealership with questions, they were all answered. After the fourth visit, decided it was the best vehicle for my family. Thank you for a smooth transaction.

Do not finance through them. Andy Skinner (the finance manager) pushed hard to sign us up for the Smart Payment Plan. This is a scam where this company is between you and your lender and the middle company charges you $2.50 every time you make a payment and then on top of that if you pay extra towards your loan they pocket that money up to $400 so over the life of a 5 year loan you pay $700 for the "convenience" of making your car payment. Andy did not explain any of these fees and it was presented as if you had to use this service. I'm sure Tom Wood also gets a kickback from this scheme since they push it so hard.

Had a great experience with the sales team loved the car and the people. My troubles were with the finance manager Andy Skinner. If you buy a car through here DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SMART PAYMENT PLAN. He signed us up for this plan without fully explaining the fees involved. What this “smart” payment plan does is set up a company between you and the actual lender. This middle company then charges you $2.50 to make a payment and if you want to pay your loan off early there is a $400 fee. For my 5 year loan this plan would have cost me $550 dollars. You are locked into these fees if you don’t cancel within 60 days. This whole thing is essentially a scam which I’m sure Tom Wood gets a kickback from considering how hard they push it.

Miscommunication between the scheduler (different office) and the shop..so my oil change was going to take 1 1/2 hours which I didn't have (had to go work) ,the shop was nice and did it faster...got thereon time ,thanks!

The best service in town! Would recommended and always get service work done here on my Chevrolet. Great employees, service, and customer service. Love them.
