Great Service
I am so pleased with your service department. I called Paul Hartman august 11th , i had no battery and was leaving on vacation. Paul had someone jump start me and they put new battery in, we were on the rode with-in 2 hrs. My compliments to Total Motors service dept. Thanks so much. Steve Justice

2022 Silverado
I recently bought a 2022 Silverado from Total and was very impressed by the level of service I received in all aspects of the process. Adam was able and willing to answer any questions I had. I had done my research so I didn't have many. They made going through the financing process easy and smooth. I never felt any pressure to purchase any add on's or extra coverage.

For the amount of money spent on a new vehicle, shouldn't...
For the amount of money spent on a new vehicle, shouldn't have engine problems in 4000 miles. The service manager is rude and talks to people like they are idiots! My wife has been a loyal customer here, and now is getting the run around. Not impressed at all on how a person can just get kicked to the curb that quick!

New dependable vehicle? Nope!
Not impressed by their Service Manager talking down to us like we are a bunch of idiots! A vechicle with 4000 miles should not be having engine issues, slapped on with a band aid fix! GM nor the dealer are standing up for the customer whom had bought plenty of vechicles over the years. Evidently they just want numbers of cars sold and don't care about loyal customers.
