Purchase of new 2020 Escape Hybrid

Very happy with no-pressure sales team of Hirak and Mark. Worked hard to find the color of the vehicle for us out-of-state (Persian Green). They also communicated frequently by text, phone and email, keeping us informed along the way. We used my company’s X-plan pricing and Mark advised us on the best way to get the maximum incentives from what Ford was offering. When we received the vehicle, Mark helped us set up my Apple iPhone to it and walked us through the vehicle’s major features. Above all, both Mark and Hirak practiced social distancing and sanitization methods as much as possible during our visits. All in all, a very courteous and professional experience.

Fast and friendly

The service for an oil change I had done was very quick and the people in he service department were all very nice to deal with. The kind of nice you walk away from being glad you do business here.

I ordered all weather car mats from the Parts Dept.

Eric from the Parts Dept was efficient and kind in placing my order. He even put the mats in my Ecosport for me. My salesman, Mark Ford, gave him a helping hand. I've always been respected and treated kindly at Gordie Boucher.

O% finance got me started, great service sealed the deal

Quick response and thorough follow up until they found the truck I wanted. Mark pushed to overcome computer problems and other dealers working short hours to give me options. Dennis coordinated the paperwork to be quick and complete. Definitely a full service experience.

Every last employee is worth their weight in gold! Mark Ford is a godsend. Everyone from finance to mechanics are all on top of their game. This is my third car from this dealership and I'll be back for the next one too.

The Works

This visit was great,I had the works done on my 2017 F-150 and the lady that works behind the service desk was fantastic I believe her name is Angela Carr and she was fun to work with and very friendly. I would absolutely do business there again.
