Buying experience was quick, easy with no pressure.

Buying experience was quick, easy with no pressure. Went in to look at a couple different used cars, ended up with a new. They were able to answer all my questions. Accommodated my wants by trading with another dealership for the car that met my needs and had it ready for me to take home within 3 days. Took me less than 2 hours to look, test drive and negotiate. Picking up the car took less than an hour and was pretty seamless.

We were treated very fairly.

We were treated very fairly.Everything was explained as to how the car functioned and what we would be paying monthly. We were able to drive the cx5 home the same day . The salesman paired our phones and explained how the info system worked. He ordered a new window sticker for us and we received the ny registration last week.

Della Mazda, in Queensbury, has a great group of people there to assist their patrons. I had the pleasure of working with Connor Corrigan. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to talk with me and find out what my needs and price points were. Then he found me the right vehicle and incentive for me. He was not pushy or aggressive, which made the experience much less stressful. Thank you Connor for your service. Ill be in touch when I'm ready to purchase another car.
