Let's just start with this - they are completely DISHONEST. When looking at my trade in they claimed my check engine light was a "0025" code. They told me and i confirmed that this refers to a problem with the "Camshaft Position Sensor" (CPS), specifically indicating that the engine control module isn't receiving a proper signal from the sensor, which is crucial for determining the engine's timing and fuel injection. Due to this they completely low balled me on my trade because it could cost them "30 hours of labor and thousands of $$ in repair" all of which they could not determine. I took my truck to a local mechanic the today, one day later, who told me there were numerous codes, all related to the oil. Code 0025 did not come up. They changed the oil, the check engine light is off and all codes are clear. $105! Finally then the ADDERS - $899 for Deal Doc Fees. $500 more than most. $867 for fees that they claimed were for Registration and Tag fees - which are COVERED, by law, under the Dealer Doc Fees. Unethical. Dishonest.

Scott, I wanted to start and say I apologize that our interaction on Saturday left you feeling this way. It is never our intention to make a customer feel that we are being dishonest or not forthcoming. The engine code that we pulled was "P0025" which myself and my finance manager Brent who you dealt with both have a photo of. "A "P0025" engine code on a Nissan Titan 5.6 typically indicates a problem with the "A" Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor timing, meaning the engine computer is detecting that the intake camshaft is not positioned correctly relative to the crankshaft, often pointing towards a faulty camshaft position sensor, a worn timing chain, or a malfunctioning variable valve timing (VVT) system" Being that your vehicle had 94,000 miles on it, this was a huge "if" for us when trying to appraise a vehicle on the spot. Replacing a cam shaft on a Titan takes between 8 to 12 hours of labor, not including replacing sensors hoses or anything else. I believe the estimation we used on the fly was 20 hours. Either way, a large shop bill if that turns out to be the case. With all of that taken into consideration, we offered you $1,000 below MMR which is the standard for what a vehicle will sell for at auction. In great condition, showroom ready your vehicle would have retailed anywhere from $22,000 to $24,000. We would have been happy to provide you all of this information while you were here, and to better help you understand how we were getting to the figures we were. In consideration for the Dealer Admin Fee, the standard in the Charlotte PMA is around $1,000. We are within $70 plus or minus to any of the dealers that we neighbor. However, what I'm sure you noticed, is we do not participate in any dealer add-ons. Most dealers in the Charlotte area have additional dealer added accessories, ranging in price from $1,995 to $2,995. That paired with the fact that our Admin fee is very standard for the area in which we conduct business, we feel we conduct business very straight forward. I sincerely apologize if you felt your experience fell short of this standard, and I hope that our response here provides some clarity of figures and your experience. Best, Dalton General Manager 704 Exotics
By far the worst xxxx dealership I had to ever deal with.
By far the worst xxxx dealership I had to ever deal with. It too a week and I never got any paperwork, it was always an excuse when I asked for the paperwork.

BUYER BEWARE The Situation: On October 19, 2024, I
BUYER BEWARE The Situation: On October 19, 2024, I purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator (VIN: 1C6JJTBG4ML554926) from 704 Exotic Auto. Less than 30 days later, on the evening of November 13, 2024, I experienced a major mechanical failure while driving in Colonial Heights, VA, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the vehicle had been sold to me in an unsafe condition, with several critical components missing or improperly installed, which could have resulted in severe injury or death. A certified mechanic who inspected the vehicle determined that the rear differential was missing several bolts and that others were loose, likely due to improper torquing. This caused the differential fluid to leak out, leading to the complete failure of the differential gears, bearings, and the rear differential itself. As a result, the rear differential and drive shaft were seized, leaving the vehicle inoperable. Immediate Action and Response: After contacting Charles, the salesperson who sold me the vehicle at 704 Exotic Auto, on the evening of November 13, he expressed regret over the situation and assured me that he would escalate the matter to the General Manager, Dalton. I also personally contacted Dalton on the morning of November 14, explaining the situation and the inconvenience I was facing, including the cost of the tow, a rental vehicle, and the uncertainty surrounding the repair costs. Given that I had purchased the vehicle less than a month ago and that these issues were not disclosed at the time of sale, I expected the dealership to take full responsibility for the repair costs. Unsatisfactory Response from Management: However, on November 15, 2024, I received a disappointing call from Dalton (General Manager at 704 Exotic Auto), who informed me that the owner of 704 Exotic Auto (Gabriel), would not take any responsibility for the situation. He cited the vehicle’s “as-is” sale and the absence of an additional warranty as reasons for refusing to cover the repair costs. This response was not only unprofessional but also dismissive of the serious safety concerns surrounding the vehicle. It left me with no choice but to pursue further action. Request for Resolution: Given that the vehicle was sold to me in an unsafe condition—less than 30 days ago—with missing and improperly installed parts, I believe 704 Exotic Auto has a clear obligation to assume responsibility for the necessary repairs. The estimated cost for the required repairs, including the replacement of the rear differential assembly, is between $2,500 and $2,800. While I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably, the dealership's refusal to address the issue and leaves me with no choice but to escalate this matter.

The salesperson (Dan) was great!
The salesperson (Dan) was great! With that said, the experience stops there. The business office (Leslie in particular) is unorganized, rude and treated the buyer like trash once the sale had been completed. Slower than frozen syrup in processing paperwork and then she made excuses and blamed the customer as to why things were not done. I’m still waiting on my tag months later! I’ve purchased dozens of vehicles in my lifetime and this has been by far the worst experience yet. I purchased my vehicle in February and it is now the middle of April and I still don’t have my tag. Received a text once again today asking for additional info. to process the paperwork. The business office person (Leslie) actually “argued” me down putting the blame on me as customer for incomplete paperwork and delay. When in fact they have a process that is inefficient and not customer friendly at all. Here’s a piece of advice. Get the information you need for the customer upfront from the customer instead of requesting it months later. It will be May when I receive a tag for a vehicle purchased in February. Good looking car, yes. Great sales people, yes. Excellent overall experience— ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

Visited the dealership a couple of times to see whether I
Visited the dealership a couple of times to see whether I fit in certain vehicles (I'm 6' 7"), and Charles and Garrett were very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful during both visits. I didn't buy anything at the time simply because I didn't fit comfortably in the vehicles I was interested in; but based on how earnest they were, they're a strong contender for when it's time for me make a move on an exotic.

Wouldn’t recommend wasted my time and my husbands time as
Wouldn’t recommend wasted my time and my husbands time as well. I told them we couldn’t put anything down and payment need to be 400 or lower . He came back with 2000 down and a payment of $680 a month how ? The car was listed for 19600 there’s no way the payment would or should be that high . When I asked about the fees Tom couldn’t even answer my question .‘I wouldn’t recommend this place they add high fees and don’t care about the best interest for their customers. He allowed a deal to walk out the door today and I WONT be back at all!
