Worst finance department!

Worst finance department!! Make sure you read all the fine print closely and know for sure that you are not going to change your mind because once they have your money you literally have to fight many months to get it back if you succeed. Underhanded business going on with Andy and Matt!!!!!

This service department prioritizes profit margins over

This service department prioritizes profit margins over expertise. Customer service is also very poor. Service manager seems to have a strong emotional bond to one employee in particular causing severe lapse of judgement.

Friendly dealership, relatively low pressure sales. Excellent service department, with prices that aren’t bad for a new car dealership, and they seem to always fix our infrequent problems right the first time.

Friendly and courteous check in, efficient and through

Friendly and courteous check in, efficient and through with appropriate questions regarding reason for visit, even though may be known by computer info. Always clean drive in area, out of the weather, usually. Complementary 27 multi point vehicle health inspection and car wash are also offered. Waiting area is comfortable and has coffee and additional snacks with some reading materials for those like myself who generally wait for my vehicle to be serviced.

It was a smooth process, from the moment we stepped in

It was a smooth process, from the moment we stepped in for car hunting, to the time we actually take out the car we wanted. We were greeted by the friendly staffs, and point us to the right person to talk our deal.

Had my 2024 Subaru serviced today.

Had my 2024 Subaru serviced today. They took my car right away. Everyone was friendly & polite. Nice clean waiting area. My car was washed before I left. West Broad St. Subaru is around the corner from me & I much prefer to drive 35 minutes to Hyman Brothers Subaru on Midlothian Turnpike.

I had a very good leasing experience.

I had a very good leasing experience. I found a vehicle online that I liked and inquired about. The team at Hyman Brothers was responsive, helpful, and pleasant throughout the process. This is my first Subaru but I would happily buy from them again. The finance office experience took a little time, more than ideal to me, but it was a busy Saturday and the wait was very reasonable. Michael was great to work with.
