Excellent service

The service was excellent and I am very grateful for them working with us to help suit our financial needs. Our sales manager Kory was extremely helpful. And the financial manager was very Accommodating. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Purchase experience

I have put off looking for a new car,being that it's always been a nightmare with pushy,arrogant sales people. Working with Korey however was easy and pleasant, he was very direct and helpful in helping us make our choice. Grayson was also very personable and easy to talk with, our experience was extremely Pleasant, and easygoing

Great Buying Experience!

Staff was friendly and helpful. We dealt with Mark and Sal. Both provided good communication and follow-up. Sal was the person who ultimately sold us the vehicle. He was very approachable, listened to our wants and needs, and did his best to accommodate us. The pricing was excellent as well. We would highly recommend Sal and this dealership; this was our most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience from a dealer in 40 years! Before leaving we spoke with the General Manager, George, to tell him how much we enjoyed purchasing from this dealership. George was great to talk to as well, and it took us another 20 minutes just to get out the door! We drove 2 hours from IL to WI and would do it again in a heartbeat. We cannot recommend Sal highly enough, and five stars all around to this dealership!

Routine Maintenance Apr 2917

Everything went well. Staff had all the paperwork ready Upon arrival and got vehicle in right away. I was in and out much faster than expected.

Great place to get a car

Everybody is great at this place. Especially Demetrius T. Simpson, the sales consultant , he will do everything to get you a great deal. People from finance and Mark from internet section they all helped us a lot to get the vehicle we wanted. Nissan Rosen is a total satisfaction place.

Iffy!

Our buying experience was good. Since then, however, things have not gone very smoothly. It may be because our salesman got sick and Lyhas beenL a bit of a problem.

Great Experience!

I came in to the store after finding the vehicle I wanted online. I was met with Demetrius, who helped me get situated and asked me what was I looking for and how could he be of assistance. We was very professional and courteous, but also very inquisitive and outgoing. After setting down the plan, he located the car that I came to see and we went for a ride. It did not take very long for me to decide that I made a good choice for my vehicle, and upon returning to the dealership we sat down and started talking about the trade in value of my car and what I was willing to spend. Shortly thereafter, I met the store manager George Marijan, who took a personal interest and asked if there was any way he could help. We negotiated the price to the level where both myself and the dealership were satisfied and I drove off with a 2015 Nissan Altima that I wanted. Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and caring. From Demetrius and George who were my primary contacts, to the "Russian" Manager, Taylor the financing/sale representative and the manager who gave me complimentary pen and flashlight sets and told me to call him any time if any issues arise, and in case my car needed service. I recommend stopping in if you are looking for a vehicle. I will certainly come back again when the time comes for another trade in. Max

Routine oil change/tire rotation

I was able to schedule my car maintenance appointment easily and quickly. They explained findings in "my language" and didn't try to talk me into something it didn't need now. That is much appreciated!
