I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I had to make an exception in this case. My experience with Auto Centrix was truly extraordinary. Buying a used car is not fun, especially when you’re out of state. I’m located in California and was looking at a particular Tesla Model X that they had. Travis was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional, and put my mind at ease at the prospect of buying out of state. In addition to thoughtfully answering all of my emails, Travis created an 11 minute video walking through all the features of the car. The video not only offered praise, but he pointed out all the imperfections of the car—something I think most dealers would try to hide. Travis pointed them all out in the video and stated they would fix certain things and submit other things to Tesla for warranty repairs prior to any sale. He was open and upfront about everything. He didn’t want any surprises. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough if you’re looking to purchase a used Tesla.

Don't let this nondescript scaled down building fool you. There's not a ton of overhead here, so don't expect plush car dealership surroundings. But remember that savings is passed on to you. This is a top notch, quality car selection! The service is a little diff than what you're prob used to with one person guiding you thru the entire process including financing. But they know what they are doing and treat you well. Highly recommend!
