Good Service from Stateline Nissan Sales Team

I recently bought a 2016 Nissan Altima SL, and was very impressed with my salesman, Bobby Calise, and his manager Ian. When the first car we tried did not meet our need, Bobby quickly transitioned us to the car we bought. Bobby answered all our questions, and made us comfortable, including offering coffee and water. When questions about the car arose that he was not sure about, he brought in an expert who knew the answer. I give Bobby and Ian a 5 star rating.

Bait and switch

Got a quote thru email. Confirmed that everything is correct, confirmed the vin#, price, and payment. When came to sign, payment tripled for no reason. Very incompetent manager who handled the deal. No respect to customer. Pure bait and switch. Wasted time. Nissan should be ashamed of having managers like this.

Leaves Sentra

I was over in mileage on Pathfinder with four months to go. I called my sales rep Paula @ Stateline .We made an appointment and I ended up getting a Sentra lease . What a great commuter car . Saving so much on gas . ,

Used Car purchase

Always buy good used cars . My friend dealt with Paula and said she was very good and understood her needs. She pointed me in the direction with car payment and made is so easy for me. She sent me a thank you card a few days later. I can only say I never had a women salesperson. But my experience was the best.

Great Used Car Purchase

Upon entering the dealership today I was greeted by Bobby Calise who asked if he could help me. I showed him a list of three used vehicles in which I was interested and had seen on Stateline's website. He recommended showing me the least expensive but fully loaded car on my list. During a test drive I was very pleased with the car's handling. While I drove Bobby pointed out and explained each of the car's features. Although the two remaining cars on my list were more expensive than the car I drove, he sensed that I was pleased with the car I had driven and offered to arrange a deal for its purchase. He was informative and knowledgeable and completed all the necessary paperwork to close the sale in a timely manner. Once the deal was completed he returned to the car with me to explain the function of each option. The navigation system was set and I was instructed in making the connection of my phone to bluetooth. This was definitely a positive purchase experience.
