Very professional.

Very professional. Kazi explained everything well and was able to close the deal. It did take some time but that is to be expected at a dealership

I was greeted on arrival and taken care of immediately.

I was greeted on arrival and taken care of immediately. I waited for the work to be done in the spacious waiting area. It is very comfortable and the complementary wi-fi is great. Mark went over the process and explained everything. Everyone at the service center is friendly and polite.

The service I’ve gotten have been excellent for the past

The service I’ve gotten have been excellent for the past couple of years. Kevin has been my advisor for 2 services and he’s great. Girls at the cashier are also friendly. The attendants at arrival are friendly aswell. On top of that they will provide a complementary taxi for up to 5 miles location away one way. That is super useful for me. I would recommend here.

Compared to the other local dealership, Honda Valley

Compared to the other local dealership, Honda Valley Stream is better. However, their automated customer service assistant is horrible. I usually have to wait a minimum of 2 hours every time I got my car service. I have to wait because I don't live around the corner. The few times I had to lay out money for parts & repairs was expensive.
