I arrived and was assisted by Mark, who was very pleasant

I arrived and was assisted by Mark, who was very pleasant and helpful for so EARLY in the morning. There were 3 active recalls on my vehicle (not happy about that Honda);therefore I came prepared to wait and before you knew it, my time was up. The service center is very clean and a pleasant environment to wait in.
