First, when I made my appointment online I said I wanted

First, when I made my appointment online I said I wanted to but when I got to the dealership I was told it would take 4-5 hours. Then I get a phone call saying my car would have to stay overnight and get it the next day. The next I got a phone call saying my car was done and that I would be given a free car wash for the inconvenience. When I got to pick up my car it was not washed. Later on I received a message saying I could bring my car back at a later date for the car wash. The whole situation was a total inconvenience

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Briyanna Jones was so kind and respectful. She answered all of my questions and kept me updated with what was going on. My car was ready within the time frame. And my inspection was updated with the dmv within hours

Clara fully explained the process of servicing our car.

Clara fully explained the process of servicing our car. we needed additional work which was explained in an email and we authorized the work via email after she disclosed the additional cost. No more playing phone tag. good move. What we dislike about the dealership is that they now charge a credit card fee upon checkout which is in line with other dealerships. We will be looking for Honda dealerships that do not charge this fee in the future.
