Can I please give 0 Stars.

Can I please give 0 Stars. I bought a black Nissan armada from these people. To say the least it was a big piece of junk metal. They painted the seat to make it look brand new a few weeks later it started rubbing off. Parts on the outside of the car was flying off on the freeway and looked to be glued down with Elmer’s glue. The battery a week after I got the vehicle died and cost me 300$. I put $15K down on the car and let’s just say I owed $35k after all said and done. They robbed me of my money. I don’t have the car anymore because it was a money pit. It will just have to be on my credit because I can’t afford to keep paying for a lemon… I hope they get what they deserve robbing people of their money. I wished I could sue them for all my money back I’ve put into the stupid car.

Purchased car with Texas 2021 from Texas Auto when

Purchased car with Texas 2021 from Texas Auto when located hwy 3 webster location , referred family mbr and a friend has made purchase at North location. I have always sent car back there for maintenance. Texas Auto has held 2k and car since June 2024 with no completed repairs. I have 2 children that I struggle to get to school ,daycare and school activities due to this situation. This has stressed me out. I have been on edge about deciding whether to repo and lose monies due to them denying the 2k paid for repairs. I have been given the run around for months. This is not ok. I still have no car. What can I do?

Bought a car here out of state at the end of April 2024

Bought a car here out of state at the end of April 2024 and had nothing but problems with it. I had to put over $5,000 into the car for the following reasons: 1. Cosmetic damage including scuffed rims, dented roof, deep scratches in door (Full of Bondo. See attached photo.) sloppy paint job / drip on driver door. (Resulting in me having to replace the entire door and re-do the paint). 2. Car was completely out of alignment. 3. SOS button didn’t work and ended up having to put a brand new radio in because someone previously installed a radio that was registered to a different car 5 years older. 4. there was no manual and no key in the car for the lug nuts on the wheels and had to get them completely replaced. I was told before purchasing the car that there were no prior accidents, which turned out to be false and I was also told that it was the original exhaust which was not true. At the end of the day the best dealership could settle with for me was $500 after repeatedly asking to speak with the GM for weeks.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! Found a great deal through cargurus and got pre-qualified and pre-approved through the sales rep who quickly called me back with terms and conditions. Drove 3 hours to look.at the truck and ready to sign, was given the terms, rate and payment again, confirmed and the rep told me to sign that I agreed. Walked less than 25 feet to finance "building" only to be told "the best we can do," was not even.close to the previous agreement. Basically after dealing with finance and the manager, they pretty much lied to me based on my good credit to get me in. What was a great deal ended up being average that I could have got in my own city. Now 2 months later, still no tags or plates so I filed a DMV complaint. Also was told I'd get 2 key fobs, one was missing upon late delievery, and still haven't recieved an update. Plus they delievered my truck on E! Trash service period!! Also beware, list price on website was $34,999, granted my fault for trusting them but truth in lending statement is showing $36,994 price...not the last price. Maybe it's because I bought a used truck from them but if I had to do.it over, I should have walked out from the start of the lies and excuses.

Buyer Beware 🚨 Guess I have to take some accountability

Buyer Beware 🚨 Guess I have to take some accountability for being a trusting individual in a world full of liars. Came to look at a vehicle posted online. Got there and the vehicle is sort of leaning, sales rep talk to their shop personal and was told it needed an air shock. The sales rep says they’ll fix it at no charge if I wanted to purchase the vehicle (why wasn’t it repaired before placing it on the lot?) I should have asked, but so excited, I looked over that fact. They fixed it and I purchased the vehicle. Now, this isn’t my everyday driver, I may drive this car maybe 3-4 times a month and it’s garage kept. One day I come in the garage and my car is leaning again, I called Texas Auto and they had me bring it in. I’d purchased the xx Cornerstone Warranty that I was told by Tony “You are covered Bumper to Bumper” After my car sat there about two weeks (I travel a lot) I had to call them first for an update on my vehicle. I was told actually my car needs two Air Shocks now and it would be $6,000, cause Cornerstone Warranty denied the claim. I asked “What about the one Texas Auto Repaired when I purchased the car?” I was told their warranty expired on that one. I don’t know if it was fully repaired or a cheap aftermarket part was use in the first place. Then, I called “Tim” at his ext 2018 and left him a voicemail, he did call back and we talked…he said he’d get back with me, because “That should definitely be covered in the warranty) is what he said.He never called back. This guy Anthony calls me back instead. Nothing became of that. My car was brought back home on a Tow Truck . The day I went up there Anthony (In finance) and David L. (The shop manager) ironically couldn’t be found and not answering their phones. The vehicle I traded in was in excellent condition. All I wanted was a larger upgrade. I should have kept it. now I’m paying for a vehicle just sitting in my garage until I hopefully get out of this xx warranty contract and move forward. It’s all my fault for trusting what I was told verbally and not educating myself on it before signing it. I blame myself for dealing with the Sharks But, I won’t take this “L” easily, I’m a fighter and this is my first step in an all out war against Texas Auto and Cornerstone. I will continue to warn potential customers.

MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE EVER!

MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 2019 Silverado back in Dec 2022. I bought remotely (NEVER DO THAT HERE). They shipped the truck to me as promised but it came with many issues. Since having it I have had it in the shop 3 times for transmission work, busted engine mounts, bad brakes, etc. Not only that, but let me tell you how it arrived, even AFTER the PLATINUM PROMISE the offer. All 4 tires worn and needing replaced(my cost), filthy on he inside, busted transmission(has been repaired twice since I have had it), all 4 brakes worn out and had to be replaced, busted and broken arm rest on the door, and NO wheel lock lugs for my wheels...all 4 tires DID NOT have a lug nut(talk about a safety issue)!!! They would not send me new ones but rather had me go buy them myself and get reimbursed. I have been trying for over 7 months to get my door panel fixed and today was the final straw when they finally sent me a replacement, after months of back and forth with Mike the GM, and it came in a busted open box, used, scratched and with broken brackets. The only small saving grace in this process was the extended warranty I bought because that has saved me on the repairs even though Mike wanted me to split the cost of the brakes, which I reluctantly did. AND the warranty sucks because it has to go through such a long approval process that in the 9 months I have owned the truck it has been in the shop for 2 of those months. I would strongly caution you from purchasing here!! Find a reputable dealer!!! I have all the text and email conversations from Mike and his associates with all the false promises. This has been a sad situation because overall I really love the truck but it has become a time and money pit. This was for my new business and all that has gone wrong has prevented me from working jobs at time costing me even more money.

My husband and I could not be happier about our

My husband and I could not be happier about our experiences with Texas Auto North Sales and Service Department. As I said before, the sales department worked with me until we had a deal, we could both agree on. It wasn't easy but they hung in there with me. That was in December. Then we had our backup camera replaced. Fast and efficient service. But it messed up again annnnnnd! Ms. Terri in the service department came to the rescue. You see, when it went out it was a thursday and my husband was leaving for work in Maine on Sunday. She had the guy out there on Friday morning to fix it for him and on top of that; he asked about buying a spare and when she found out that they sold us the truck without a spare, she found him one a gave it to him! I am so happy with this dealership; I am about to go buy another car from them if they will deal with me again! LOL! It was a little agonizeing for them last time. I love this place! Not sure about the South location but I will drive to North Houston everytime I need a new car! Thanks Texas Auto North for treating people right! I would give you 10 stars if I coud! twerner

Crooks!

BEWARE! I was reluctant to buy a car so far away. Should have stuck with a local dealer. After "agreeing" on a price, Karla, the Finance Manager, modified the deal terms, inserting location tracking subscription, key replacement insurance, and other new fees AFTER PAYING IN FULL. Then they refused to register the car as agreed, mailing me the title and paperwork and sticking me with the nightmare of DMV that I had hoped to avoid by using a dealership. Would never do business with them again. Save yourself hidden aggravation and cost and stick with a reputable dealer.
