I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with over 230,000 miles. In 2011 I decided to buy a new car. My family had always been Chevrolet owners. I decided to try the 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. After having it only a couple of weeks, we were very unhappy with the performance. So last year I decided to see if I could get out of this car and go back to my love, the Jeep! The folks at Superior understood what we were looking for and did everything possible to accommodate our needs. My husband and I found the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. We absolutely fell in love with this Jeep. We have Nothing bad to say about the Jeep or our home town dealer Superior! My husband and I bought my Dodge Dart over a year ago and we still love it! I've ever received such wonderful customer service, as I did at the hand of Charles L. Munn. He even took the time to explain to me that the bright light switch was no longer on the floor board of the car. He also explained to me that although I couldn't watch Dateline on the screen on my dash, it would show what was behind me when I backed out of the driveway. (Here's hoping it's the neighbor's cat!! My car is much faster than that @&#*!) I won't bore you with the details regarding the heated seats, I will just say that I WILL buy my next car here...as long as Charles is still working!

I went to look at what Superior had and ended up buying a car after how I was greeted and helped by Mark Combs. This was not the first dealership I went to, although it should have been. Mark was not overbaring nor did he have some gimmick. He just talked to me as if I had known him for a long time. The paperwork was no hassle with him, everyone there made sure that we had everything we needed at any point in time. Even after we purchased our car Mark still goes above and beyond to take care of everything we need. He went so far as to wash it himself because the person that details the cars went to lunch.
