Sergei at Tower Auto was FANTASTIC during the entire process of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I chose the vehicle that I liked and it was in my price range. Sergei allowed me to test drive the vehicle, because he wanted to make sure that this is the car that I wanted to be satisfied with owning. He basically said "I want you to completely satisfied with the car". There was no pressure salesmanship from Sergei, which made it a great experience. I have been in pre-owned vehicle dealerships in the last 6 months, and Wow you could feel and see the pressure that they wanted to sell the car. No, not from Sergei. After the test drive, he mentioned the price of the vehicle, enough said, I bought it! If you want a great price with no pressure to decide if this is the car you are thinking of buying -- this is the place to visit and ultimately leave the lot with a great price and car.
