Good but waiting time is too long for express lane.

Good but waiting time is too long for express lane. I don't understand how you can charge 141$ just for cabin filter and 101$ for engine filter when i takes 3 minutes each to change. After paying the partsthis service should be free of charge

Repair to flat tire did not hold.

Repair to flat tire did not hold. Repair failed and the tire leaked all air by the time we reached our destination. Dealership wanted us to drive back or go to a tire repair shop to get the tire fixed again.

Difficult to schedule service because I also needed a

Difficult to schedule service because I also needed a Recall addressed, so that requires a phone call rather than online scheduling. Put on hold for way too long, so gave up. Decided to email to schedule, which worked, but took an extra day for confirmation. The appointment itself lasted 4+ hours for a scheduled oil change and supposed software update. Estimate was 2.5 hours, which still seemed long. Still, a decent waiting room while the work was being done, including free WIFI. Just wished the work was done more expeditiously.

Easy to schedule my appoint, accommodated my late arrival due to seattle traffic accident, someday repair . My service adviser, Noah was communicative and upfront, even though he had to relay bad news. Related to a warranty issue
