My salesman Scott Cohen was great and very patient. He was very professional and also a hero- a humble war veteran. Mayer from the finance dept was comprehensive and put me in a good loan and a good warranty. The general manager, Mike, was super nice and I was really impressed by his professionalism. I've had bad experiences with new car dealerships. Received a call from salesman Mason Shiver and just decided to go in. I made an appointment to go in. Had such a bad experience with another dealership, that I was very nervous when I went in. Also, it has been known that women should never go into a dealership alone because they will try to get over on you. Met with Mason Shiver (who was super nice). After talking about what I was looking for, he picked some cars that were perfect for me. Test drove this one car and I told Mason this is the one that I want. Sitting waiting on the paperwork to process we talked and laughed. I was orginally told that I needed a Co-signer. Mason assured me that he will do all that he can do to get me in the car I wanted. Mike Vowells came over and we begin to talk and laugh. He made me feel more comfortable about making it happened. After, Mike went to the back. He came back with good news, that I did not need a Co-signer. All I needed was some money down. I was quoted that my car note would be one thing, when I went into speak with finance. Mayor in finance was able to lower my car note and extended my warranty. These men at Rick Hendricks made me so comfortable and went above and beyond with me. They are super friendly. They sold me the car I wanted and not a car they was trying to unload. They didn't try to feed me no crap. I drove past several dealerships just to go to this location and it was worth it. I would recommend them over anyone in the state of Georgia. What an excellent team of people they have at this location. I'm sure everyone is good to talk to but will recommend you talk with Mason Shiver and Mike Vowells. They mean what they say. If they say that they can do it, they will make it happen.
