Vehicle recall was completed correctly and within the promised time. Sergio was friendly and professional.

Car was serviced as discussed and on time. Scheduled service and two recalls were cleared

I have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership, however. In fairness I will say they went out of their way to try and make it right. I hope in the future they will work to minimize the inconveniences of their customers, and understand that trust is not something you buy in bulk at Costco, it must be earned.
