Not sure what is happening with my service department,
Not sure what is happening with my service department, took weeks to get in, then appt was moved further out. AND, day before appt, was told No Loaners available after I was told yes, one was available, was told I could wait or Uber from Walser. Day of appt, I was sent the invoice, however, no call to let me know vehicle was ready for pickup. Walser had my vehicle for 24 hours, glad I didn’t wait in lobby. I was told a major turnover was the reason for scheduling delay. I had my former service advisor cell #, when I called the #, the new advisor told me ‘never heard of that advisor’ even the sales guys were argumentative about the former employees in the service dept. The atmosphere as a whole has changed. I had to schedule an appt to have the previous work redone, 11 weeks out!! I just hope Lam is still there! He’s the Best, the absolute best!

Ellen Franklin was excellent to work with and made the buying process easy! This was the first time I bought a car sight unseen and Ellen made sure to tell me all the details of the car including any nicks or scratches which I really appreciated.

Even though there was a mix-up with my service request, service Manager Timothy Cobb sorted everything out. He was upfront with service details and pricing he even called me back with several options after finding an issue with my drive shat that needed immediate attention. They treated my wife and I well, giving us a nice loaner vehicle until repairs were made. Proud to be apart of the jaguar family!!

This facility has incredibly Poor communication.
This facility has incredibly Poor communication. I’ve bought two new f-types from here, but won’t be returning for a new purchase or service. Walser had my car for over four weeks to fix an issue I was having with my navigation system. I called multiple times, left messages and emails to get a status update on my car after they’d had it for a few weeks. I never received a call back - I literally had to keep calling until someone in service finally picked up. While courteous once I got someone on the phone, they seem severely understaffed. After they had my car in service for a month and still didn’t fix the issue with my navigation system, I just went and picked it up. I still paid the invoice for something that wasn’t fixed. And a month after I picked up the car, I received five links to the same invoice that I’d already paid. This place is highly unorganized. Just thankful I got my car back. Will be using the dealership in Tulsa moving forward for all of my service needs.
