This dealership is where I purchased my 2018 Kia optima. I think over the years I had different people as my servicemen as I brought my car in for oil changes, etc.. Within the last year, I have been dealing exclusively with Paul as my service advisor. He has been absolutely excellent! He’s nice he’s very informative, and he make sure that my car is well taken care of and that I’m satisfied with the work that has been done. Even for a simple oil change we are willing to drive almost an hour from where we now live back to Moritz Kia Alliance, because of the trust that we have in Paul. The ladies in the office are also exceptionally nice, consistently. Highly recommend this dealership.
