Desimone Auto Sales Center City

I broke down near a Wawa due to an issue with my alternator belt coming loose. I have a friend who suggested I call DeSimone's Auto Body Shop. I cannot rave enough about the owner and his staff who walked me step by step on how to get my car towed there. My hand was held by not only staff but the owner during a particularly stressful day. They were unbelievable from start to finish . My car was back in 3 days. I received white glove service from the entire staff during the entire process. They repaired the alternator belt But they were not done yet. They also repaired my driver's side mirror in 15 minutes(i had avoided the repair for 3 years). I had some slight dents and dings from city living as well as one recent bumper hit while parked. They put on two new bumpers. I never expected to be treated so good. I am extremely grateful for Gene DeSimone and his wonderful staff who made me feel like family. I feel like I am driving a brand new car. I know I found my new autobody shop and my new dealership!

No cheating, negotiable price, answer all the question and provide all the request of the car

I saw a car and like the car and the price. The mileage was advertised as 18550 and one purchase agreement it stated 17550. I decided to fly to Philadelphia to buy the car. The dealership was supposed to pick me at 9:37 am. I waited an hour at the airport before someone showed up and they keep saying someone will be they in 5 minutes. The actual mileage was 20924, close to 4000 miles different from the purchase agreement. We call that deceptive advertisement. I had to buy the car because I flew all the way from Minnesota for the car. My second set of keys was not available and they promised to mail it to me overnight delivery and not heard from them.

Overall great experience with DeSimone. The car I was interested in was at their center city location. When I mentioned to Mike Framo that the NE location was more convenient for me he had the car brought up. There were no issues when I got there. Mike was there and expecting me and I got right into the car. We test drove, loved it and quickly went through the buying process, which was much faster than I'm used to. But then we waited for the car to be detailed... for 2+ hours. It's a Mini Cooper. The size of it is in the name so why it took so long is a mystery. And when we finally got it it didn't look any cleaner than when we test drove so I'm not sure if the car sat there while everyone took their lunch break or what. But it worked out and I'm thrilled with my 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. I would definitely go back and/or recommend them.

I searched for my Audio S5 for months and finally found one in perfect condition at Desimone. Jules and Kevin made the buying process easy and made sure everything was smooth and taken care of. If you are looking for a great car these guys had exactly what I wanted and thousands less than other dealers. I will definitely send my friends in to see these guys!
