Great deal on a car with low miles.

Great deal on a car with low miles. Upfront and easy going. Makes buying a used car comfortable and better than going to a big dealership.

Mainly sell salvaged vehicles and don't disclose!

Wow!! Mainly sell salvaged title vehicles and they don't disclose that fact in any car ads. Glad I did some research! Noticed a ton of 4 & 5 Star Google reviews but see all reviews on Yelp are 1 Star and say the same bad things "mainly undisclosed salvage titles"!!?? All their inventory seem to be "newer" cars (2017 - 2020) with very low miles and unusually low prices!?!? So I see a car I like n oh my lord... it's a salvaged vehicle which they DO NOT mention in any of its listings!?!? 2018 Chevrolet Trax LT $13,995 25,976 mi. Geneva Auto Sales Look at my screen shot to see what they paid for it at salvage auction.

Got a great car at a great price.

I live in Michigan and was nervous about driving to WI to buy a car that I was pretty sure had been totaled. The listing was for a 2018 Ford Focus with just under 8,000 miles for about $8,000. The KBB is over $15,000 on that car, so logic told me there was a catch. I emailed to see if they would send before and after photos, which they would not. They just asked me to come see the car. That was kind of annoying, but I figured if the car was totalled (which it was) they knew the photos might scare me off. They wanted me to come in and see the car instead. I knew I might be wasting a day of my life, but as a man who is willing to take a risk for a great deal, I did it. Dave greeted my wife and I (and our baby) and was cheerful and has a great sense of humor. I took the car for a test drive and thoroughly examined it. I could tell the hood, front bumper and fenders had been replaced. Rick (the owner) showed us the photos of the damage before their rebuild and...yep...it would have scared me off. But I'm telling you, you these guys know their stuff. They did a really good job with the rebuild. The frame was solid and this car drives great! I just took it to PA and back and it drives like a dream! I wanted to wait a few thousand miles before posting a review just to make sure the car was legit. If you want a new factory car with a factory warranty, don't buy here. If you are willing to take a risk, as I did, for a great value, Geneva is a great option! Rick was very honest and they handled the process very professionally. As others have noted, they could use a few more hands on deck, as they are very busy and have only a few staff...but that means they are selling cars. I would definitely buy from them again. Also, if there is a small issue after purchase, call them, don't write a negative review. I had a question (not a car problem) and Dave called me right back. I believe they will make sure you are happy, even after purchase. I did also buy the $399 aftermarket warranty. Hopefully I won't need to use it, and hopefully it works, but it makes me feel better knowing the engine and tranny are supposed to be covered for the next 100,000. I had my doubt, but this worked out excellently for me. Love this car! Thanks guys!

Buying my next car

I just bought my second car from Geneva Auto Sales. The first one from two years ago was totalled in an accident. I had zero problems with it in the two years. Other than new tires, oil changes and gas, no repairs needed. The staff is friendly and the deals are great. I would highly recommend them, and hope the new car I bought last Friday is as great as the first one.

SAVE MONEY! BUY FROM GENEVA AUTO SALES!

It has now been one year since we purchased a Sonata for our daughter at Geneva Auto. The guys were honest and up front with us regarding their business model and dealings with rebuilt vehicles. There is zero pressure to buy. They just gave us keys to the cars we wanted to look at and didn’t bother us until we said we wanted to purchase. I will admit, we were skeptical to buy a car with a rebuilt title. But, the car is champ!!! Nothing but oil changes and brakes! Just be aware, if you are are going to have the car titled in Illinois, there is a bit of a hassle that you have to go through. The car has to be inspected by two different places before it can be registered after you get the temporary plates. The extra hoops are not enough to deter us from buying another rebuild. Now, our son needs a car and we are back shopping at Geneva Auto.

Happy returning customer

Our First and second daughters cars were purchased here. Great value, the cars sell themselves. Owners disclose that these are repaired vehicles. Our Cobalt needed a hood and grille, the Cruze needed a door. Purely cosmetic repairs, they only buy light hits. They ALWAYS have pics of the vehicles as they come in. The cars move fast here, that's why they have no guarantee if the car you saw online will be there tomorrow. We drove 6 and picked our favorite. We easily got a loan for both cars, with a down payment of course. landmark credit union did not hesitate processing the loan. Our insurance had no issue insuring both cars. If you have bad credit or a bad driving record you will have problems anywhere. That is not the dealers fault. If you need a sales person holding your hand this may not be the place for you. If you can pick out a car and say I will take it, I have financing and a down payment you will save thousands. Shop anywhere, then try Geneva auto sales. You will be glad you did. The cars sell themselves.

Rick is a sweet heart!

Rick was absolutely great! Actually all of them are. Great people to work with and for everyone that says they try and hide things or lie about something they most definitely DO NOT! First thing rick said when I got there was you know they are rebuilt/salvage cars. He also is more than willing to give you all the information on the car and show you what was fixed and also why. They don't give you the run around at all. As far as the people complaining that they drove to see a car that wasn't there. Well if you didn't hold the car by putting money down than they have every right to sell it even if you are telling them your on the way. They aren't going to lose out on a sale just to have someone decide they don't want it. Thank you for the great car and being honest people! If I'm ever looking again you'll be the place I visit.
